"Bon hôtel. Les lit est super confortable, l'accueil et le service super. L'hôtel a besoin de rafraîchissement mais tout le confortable est au rendez-vous. Il est extrêmement bien situé entre Gatineau et Ottawa. Il y a un parking intérieur pour 14$. Très bon hôtel."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the room was spacious as we were upgraded to a preferred corner room for free. The hotel had a WiFi issue when we checked in but the receptionist Todd was extremely helpful and gave us recommendations for food nearby while we waited to be able to check in. The location itself is central and close to the market, but there are quite a few individuals struggling with mental health, homelessness, and addiction issues who tend to linger in the area. The security for the hotel however is great. The gym is brand new with a great view and there is a hotel pool and sauna as well as laundry facilities. The hotel staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during the stay with small touches such as extra water. We would recommend staying here again based on the comfort of the room, the view, and also the incredible and friendly service."
