"I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some redeeming qualities, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my stay:
Pros
1. **Affordable Price**: The room rates were budget-friendly, making it suitable for travelers looking for a cost-effective option.
2. **Staff**: The staff was polite and tried to be helpful, though they seemed understaffed at times.
Cons
1. **Amenities**: Basic amenities like toiletries, fresh towels, and a working air conditioner felt subpar. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
2. **Noise**: The walls were thin, and I could easily hear people talking and walking in the hallways, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Overall Experience:
It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities."
"The guy at the front desk on April 8 at 7 am was mean. I asked him for 3 breakfast tickets as this booking was included. He said no because you got two only as this is hotel policy. I told him I have the email confirmation for it and showed him. He said what did you show me, I don’t need to look. This is hotel policy and didn’t want to talk to me. On April 9 at 7 am in the morning, the same guy gave me two tickets and told me that you can only eat it in the cafe, do not bring it to your room. I felt this guy was so mean. I heard a lady talked to this guy that there was something seems like poop inside the elevator. He just replied “no housekeeping now”. I feel this response is inappropriate to a hotel guest. Overall this guy worked in the front desk was horrible."
"Hurricane Beryl left us with no power. With a kid and 2 dogs finding a hotel to take us all isn't easy but this one was perfect and with a kitchenette it made the stay better since we could make food there. With a single mom's budget, this hotel is definitely one I would recommend."
