Shuttle bus from airport from 5am to 11:30pm, 30mins/bus
No free water , but have tap water at Gym at level 1
Toothbrush should have but when I there , out of stock , very surprise and have to buy from supermarket at own cost , so cross finger for that
Gym is tiny but enough for daily workout
Breakfast simple but very good for health
House keeping is not by daily but upon request , surprise me again
Good hotel , friendly staff and good housekeeping , u know what I mean

It would have been perfect if not for the unkempt pool, termites bit my little kids and me, it was very sad though.

The hotel is under renovation which is understandable- I usually stay in hotels around 100 days a year. What isn’t understandable is not having hot water in Houston in winter. It was ice cold - not like warm. It was fun standing outside of the shower to wash my hair then dodging the water until I had to have to to get clean. At over $200 a night. Not ok.

Checked into room 406 handicap accessible room. It was clean and spacious however the water was Luke warm and I wasn’t able to use the seat because there was water spraying directly out of what looked like old handles that were never fixed. I tried to sit but the water sprayed right in my eyes and all over the floor

The hotel is good, clean, close to the airport. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Things to be aware of:
They have a nominal $10 charge for parking on site. You need to keep the wall air unit on all night as the airplanes are quite loud. Breakfast could use some more fruit.
