"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is ideal, and the view from the room is absolutely incredible, truly enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast was very good, varied, and enjoyable each morning, making it a great way to start the day in a pleasant setting. As for areas for improvement, some of the shower and WC facilities could benefit from a refresh. In certain places, there is visible rust and occasionally some drainage odors. This slightly contrasts with the expected standard, although these points remain minor compared to the overall quality of the stay. What truly makes the difference in this hotel is the team and their remarkable professionalism. A special thank you to Rawan Gasser at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent command of her role. It is truly refreshing to see a woman in a position of responsibility, managing it with such confidence, elegance, and efficiency. Thank you as well to Hossam Hassan at the front desk for his warm welcome, availability, and consistent professionalism. At the restaurant, Ahmed Abd El Fattah deserves special mention for his kindness, attentiveness, and the quality of his service, which made every visit even more enjoyable. A sincere thank you also to Ali Ahmed, whose meticulous and dedicated work ensured that the rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and immaculate throughout our stay. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional, to the point that the small shortcomings mentioned above are quickly forgotten. "米瑞特是晴天集團酒店綜合體下的公寓式酒店，在馬路西邊（馬路東邊靠海的集團下的另一家酒店帕拉馬米瑞特）。對這家公寓酒店不是很滿意，主要是前台和服務生很不專業，服務生不夠禮貌，急於要小費的嘴臉。前台也糊裡糊塗的，沒給我吃飯的手環，因為這家酒店包三餐，吃飯要去馬路對面的酒店一樓餐廳吃飯，需要手上有一個手環才可以，他沒給我手環，我也不知道，為這個，我馬路兩邊跑了兩三趟，氣的我想罵街。如果選擇住這家，記得提醒前台要bracelet（手環）。離gobus車站不太遠，走路過去路有坡度，拉行李也會累。米瑞特公寓酒店是可以享用東邊帕拉瑪米瑞特酒店的沙灘，是一個集團的，它北邊有一個地下通道直接過去東邊的沙灘，同樣要帶手環。訂出海項目的時候，一定要説清楚，馬路西邊的叫米瑞特，不要和對面的帕拉馬米瑞特混了，否則可能接不到人。這個公寓房間很大，但是沒什麼景色，窗户都是樓的圈圈裡。預算夠的話建議住東邊的帕拉瑪米瑞特酒店。住了三天吃飯海灘都沒有碰到華人。"

"Великолепное местоположение, в пешей доступности старый город с магазинами и ресторанами, рядом остров пляж Zeytona, на который возят на лодке или пешком 10 мин, есть свой ресторан на этом острове с баром. Великолепные завтраки. Отличное обслуживание везде, ребята очень стараются, и не из под палки а от души. Отель конечно мягко говоря «подуставший», требуется реновация, но стараниями персонала и местоположением это компенсируется))). С удовольствием вернусь."

"This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us."
