The hotel is really nice but the check-in process was very slow. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds but they didn't have them ready for us. They offered smoking rooms, but none of us smoke and we had young children with us so we declined. We were given king rooms instead and were provided extra beds. That was annoying because the extra beds were just twin sized.

our first time in Nobu but it met our expectations. The rooms were spacious and have good aesthetic value.  Check in had delays/difficulties but the Hotel Manager stepped in to solve the room availability. Check out process was fast though. The pool was good.  The breakfast buffet menu was also good. However, the hotel lobby was too small. There are restaurants and coffee shops around serving different cuisines. They have a ****** too.  Each room has a small mini bar w free sodas, Pringles and a cup noodle. Will book again in the coming days!

they allow us to checked in early ,hotel staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful .my daughter love the pool ,breakfast is fine .location is very near to moa and airport.will sure be back . thank you for the good service

Room waa very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great for one night because we had a flight to catch the next morning. Went to the fish market, the fresh seafood was amazing. Restauranton the 8th floor was beautiful. The pancake sandwich was delicious. Bar manager and waitet could try to smile more. Lady at the frond desk was so polite and offered suggestions for things to do.SM mall is a grab ride away 169p

The room I stayed in was comforting. The staff were as usual very friendly and accommodating. This was my 3rd stay and mostly foreigners usually book this place. Very near to the airport and all. It was cozy and very nice. What they just need to the is to fix some small fixtures and little bit of cleanup. The theme of the rooms depends on the country you stayed in. I’ve been to Greece, Japan and now Mexico. Overall, the stay was nice and a group of cats is always present to greet you. The rooftop and terrace are worth the visit to chill.

Was kinda bit disappointed this time as i stayed here for 6 nights and not once did my room got cleaned nor was i asked if i wanted it to be cleaned and bedsheets nor towels nor aminities needed.😩 and also? Comfort rrom stayed as is for 6 days withiut proper clean up. and I always stay with them. Im saying this so service would be better the next time i stay with them again.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and accommodating us during our stay. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful luxury hotel. The room was not only spacious and elegant but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family. We genuinely appreciated every thoughtful detail, which made our stay all the more special and memorable. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. We felt truly cared for, and it made our time there an absolute pleasure. Thanks to the owner and of course to the very own co-host sir Kerl, very approachable and helpful. 🤗🤗🤗 will surely come again!
