We stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience.

The hotel is really nice but the check-in process was very slow. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds but they didn't have them ready for us. They offered smoking rooms, but none of us smoke and we had young children with us so we declined. We were given king rooms instead and were provided extra beds. That was annoying because the extra beds were just twin sized.

The stay was a mixed bag, 3/5 stars overall. By far the biggest negative was the blatantly false advertisement of a Balcony - the actual reason we picked this unit over less expensive alternatives. Let me repeat there is NO BALCONY. The second negative which is milder was that initially, the owner sent a message threatening to charge a P100/hr ”late check in fee” for checking in after 6pm. None of this is mentioned on Trip.com's website. I complained about this and the owner agreed to not charge us for ”late check in”, and she didn't . Positives were a great housing complex, few attractions nearby except a mall, but facilities are excellent. The owner was very responsive to any problems or issues, replying almost immediately. Free lumpia Shanghai in the freezer was a nice touch, we bought some oil and fried it up! In short, a bit more honesty in advertising would earn more stars, but it was still a worthwhile stay.

However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

There are many rules before checking in, it is difficult for the guest who has many things to do like barcode etc. It should be done once you have booked on trip.com,, not to many people you have to talk to outside the apps and ask for any requirements. I wish the front desk was the only one you talked to. And The hotel cleaning fee should be included in the payment when booking, it should not be charged after the booking is complete. The rest its ok

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.

I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
