ผผู้เข้าพักThis place is UNICORN in Manila. My wife and I started our honeymoon at Simon's place. It was very chic and nicely decorated. We both felt very much relaxed The City of dreams ****** just few steps away from this place, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, fountain shows. I heard there are more ******* and malls around but we might explore next time. We would highly recommend staying here and we would like to stay again on our next adventure in Manila. It was just what we both wanted from a place to stay, a good mix of home and away. We really loved the art and style that created a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Simon was very helpful and detailed with the process of checking in and making sure we were comfortable.

ผผู้เข้าพักUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
