The hotel is really nice but the check-in process was very slow. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds but they didn't have them ready for us. They offered smoking rooms, but none of us smoke and we had young children with us so we declined. We were given king rooms instead and were provided extra beds. That was annoying because the extra beds were just twin sized.

ข้อดี: สถาปัตยกรรมที่ดี สปาและการบริการที่ดี มินิบาร์ฟรี (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวถ้วย & Pringle chips โค้กและน้ําสับปะรด) ข้อเสีย: - การต้อนรับช้ามาก (การจัดการสายไม่ดี) มีกลิ่นเหม็นมากเพราะเป็น ****** และคนสุ่มจํานวนมากเดินเข้าออกและสูบบุหรี่ - ไม่มีอาหารข้างนอกหรืออาหารการกิน!!! นั่นมันไร้สาระจริงๆ เนื่องจากในฐานะนักท่องเที่ยว ฉันต้องการเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารท้องถิ่นในความสะดวกสบายของบ้าน/ห้องของฉันเอง ซึ่งไม่อนุญาต.. บ้าจริงๆ - ร้านอาหาร NOBE ก็แพงเกินไปและแย่มาก เราได้รับโอมากาเสะ ..และการนําเสนอก็แย่มาก อาหารธรรมดามาก.. - สระว่ายน้ําเปิดถึง 20.00 น. คุณไม่มีเวลามากที่จะเพลิดเพลินไปกับมันเพราะในระหว่างวันข้างนอกชื้นและร้อนมาก อย่างแท้จริงคุณจะเริ่มใช้สระว่ายน้ําประมาณ 18.00 น. เมื่ออากาศร้อนน้อยที่สุด - ห้องเสียงดัง ได้ยินเสียงรถไฟดัง การจราจร เสียงเครื่องบินข้างนอก รวมกับห้องข้างๆ.. ดังมาก บอกตรงๆ ว่าเก็บเสียงแย่แค่ไหน

The staff here are wonderful and very attentive, and the room was lovely and clean. But the hotel is getting refurbished, and at the moment (June 2026), there are some issues that will likely be rectified later. The buffet breakfast is not available yet, so expect to wait a very long time for a made-to-order meal (which is excellent itself). The hot water was room-temperature. The elevators were in construction mode and dirty. This hotel has the potential to be really great once it's completely fixed up. The pool in the courtyard in particular is gorgeous. Many thanks to the lovely staff.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and accommodating us during our stay. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful luxury hotel. The room was not only spacious and elegant but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family. Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

สถานที่นี้ดีจริงๆ มันสะอาดและสะดวกสบายจริงๆ ดีสําหรับครอบครัวเช่นกัน น่าเศร้าที่เราไม่สามารถเพลิดเพลินกับสระว่ายน้ําในระหว่างการเข้าพักเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศเลวร้าย เราหวังว่าในไม่ช้าพวกเขาจะมีที่จอดรถจักรยานยนต์และร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อมากขึ้น

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
