The room was clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price for the service and cleanliness. You won’t feel grossed out by the bathroom floor at all.
Our host, Ate Lowi, was incredibly accommodating. She even offered us food and prayed for our safe travels. Out of all the hotels and transients we’ve stayed at, Ate Lowi was the only one who welcomed us with such warmth, like family.

"On a positive note, the hotel and the surroundings were clean, and the staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The breakfast and food selection were also very good. However, we noticed that the coffee and hot chocolate were served cold, even though they were supposed to be hot.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. The swimming pool was not functioning due to a defective filter. When we asked about canceling our booking or receiving a discount, we were told this was not possible because the booking was made online. As an alternative, we were offered access to the pool and open the bubbler. However, when we attempted to use it after our water and land activities, we were informed that the operator was no longer at the hotel and no staff member knew how to operate it at that time.
On our second day, we also tried to use the free shuttle service advertised by the hotel, but we were told that the driver was on a day off.
Sadly, we were unable to use several amenities that were promoted online, which significantly affected our overall experience. We hope this feedback helps improve services for future guests and that clearer information about amenity availability is provided."
"The hotel is in the heart of station 2, surrounded by tons of bars and nice restaurants. Dmall, the small shopping and restaurant street is just around the corner. Not only the location but also the view of the hotel was really good. The hotel is literally on the beach. The view from the room was amazing right towards the ocean. The room itself was well maintained, everything works well and also very clean. The bed was very comfortable.ive been picked up with airport transfer with zero hassle all organized by the hotel.we have received welcome drinks along with a little dancing welcome ceremony before check in. I’ve experienced the staff both reception and also at the restaurant extremely competent and friendly. You could genuinely feel that your convenience and comfort are priority. This is not given considering a lot of hotels run on procedures. In this hotel you can experience the personal initiative too for which I appreciate a lot. I want to thank the manager, the receptionists and the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality. Overall I had an excellent stay and I will definitely stay there again next time."
"We stayed at Lola’s Lodge in Boracay and booked their new twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, with two beds and its own toilet and bath. It also had towels, air-conditioning and a fan, which made the stay very pleasant, especially after a long day at the beach.
For its price, the place is really affordable—only ₱1200 per night for 2 people, considering the excellent location. It’s right in D’Mall very close to Budget Mart and just a short walk to the beachfront, so everything you need is easily accessible.
Another thing we liked is that they have a shared kitchen which is convenient if you prefer to cook your own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
Overall, Lola’s Lodge is a great budget-friendly option in Boracay. You get comfort, convenience, and a perfect location without spending too much. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value for money. Highly recommended and will book in the future."
"Thank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍"

Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
• Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
• Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.
