What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. 清晨到達酒店就給辦理了入住，一進房間就被海峽的日出美景給震撼到了！ 房間寬敞奢華，無論在客廳還是卧室，海峽美景都一覽無餘。意大利餐廳的生蠔、披薩和意麪出乎意料的好吃，服務也非常到位。

Amazing five stars hotel with a very attentive staff. The location is perfect, close to Haggia Sophia, in a old ottoman houses, each house having only a few rooms making the stay feel very private. The cleaning lady had prepared a surprise everyday and was very thorough. On my birthday, the staff prepared a cake. High class service and high class hotel. Would definitely go again!

Despite the presence of a 24-hour front desk in the hotel description, I was able to check in after 23:00 only after lengthy negotiations with the administrator / chief, who, of course, was not in place at that time. Thank you for your responsiveness, but it's better to confirm the check-in time in advance.
