The hotel only check in at 4:00pm. only at 4:00pm... many guests arrive in the day time and wait for a long time for check in..... long long queue. The staff gave me a wrong room with no window, that is very narrow, which I have reserved a standard single room with a queen bed. the room with no window, no wifi, no network...and seems that I cananot breath in the room... and I have to go back to the lobby again ..... the door card is not that good... I have to go to the reception to activate the card every day...yes. .. every day... sometime, I found out that when I tried to open my room door...but it failed... and I have to go back to the lobby again.... it is quite annoying. The location is OK. with bus to the airport and the tram and bus station nearby. The breakfast is good, with plenty of choices. The food is the same every day.

Worst experience ever! When we arrived we entered the property and it was very dark and eery and had to knock on a door for reception and was greeted by the porter in a very old musty room. We got our keys and entered the room to find bed bugs, it was a dark basement room and did not feel safe with low ceilings! It was absaloutely disgusting with bugs, dust and flies. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save your money and avoid. We then told the porter after packing our stuff to leave and he laughed and was quite abrupt. When my partner showed him the bugs etc he did not care. Very unprofessional always on his phone on FaceTime whilst me and my man were trying to have a conversion with him. So we left and went elsewhere.
