The hotel generally well located in the center next to the train station. That is convenient in order to walk to nearby attractions, but the hotel has no car parking so that guests are being directed to public overnight parking in the city center, which is anything but inexpensive. The hotel as such is perfectly acceptable with renovated rooms. We had a junior suite for two adults and one daughter, but when we arrived in the evening we first had to find someone to arrange for a bed for our daughter as the room was set up only for two. Walls are rather thin here so you have little insulation and can hear others well in neighboring rooms. That was not a problem for us as the hotel wasn't full and we stayed there for just one night, but perhaps is less ideal if you stay longer. There is typically only one staff member on duty, so service is not the greatest. We asked for directions to a nearby restaurant but the attendant didn't even know the place that was recommended throughout in all relevant directories, on Tripadvisor, etc. Breakfast is fully self-service, including as to coffee with very basic prefabricated products, nothing special. What completely marred our experience is the fact that we had reserved and pre-paid our junior suite with breakfast included, yet at checkout were charged again separately for breakfast. That is perhaps a mistake that can happen, but was is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE is the fact that the hotel when dark when we contacted them subsequently after having left and realized the additional charge. Not a single response to this date even after multiple messages/emails sent asking for correction of the mistake. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and not to be excused. Hence, we would recommend to stay away from this place and go elsewhere.

My husband and i were looking forward to staying at the Novotel as we had planned to stay in 2020 and couldn't travel, there was plenty of free car parking and the lady on reception was very nice and efficient but that was the best of it. The room was nice enough but a separate toilet was unusual, there was only enough coffee etc for one drink in a paper cup. The shower plug hole was blocked and started to overflow the tray so could only have a very brief shower in the morning. TV was good but only CNN in English. We decided to eat in the restaurant after going into the town centre on the bus as it was too far to walk, and we were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service, quite expensive and we were asked if we wanted the desert menu but waited until we realized we weren't going to get it and left. Breakfast was ok but also disappointing. Check out was good. It's probably a good choice for a stopover as just off the motorway but unless you go into the centre there isn't much choice for dinner.

เคยพักโรงแรมราคาประหยัดมาหลายที่แต่พบว่าห้องพักที่นี่เล็กที่สุดจริงๆ ค่ะ ฝักบัวเล็กเป็นพิเศษ โดยรวมสะอาดแต่เหนื่อยมาก ผนังเป็นกระดาษบางได้ยินเสียงคุยกันชัดเจน ข้างๆ ก็ไม่ตะโกน พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานน่ารัก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานน่ารัก ทุกคน เราเจอเตียงแข็ง ดิฉันได้รับความเดือดร้อนจากหลังที่ไม่ดีดังนั้นถ้าทําแล้วไม่สามารถเอาเตียงแข็งมาขอเตือน ฉันนอนไม่หลับ! หมอนบางใบโทรมและโทรมสามารถทําได้ด้วยการเปลี่ยน แม้สามีดิฉันจะพบปัญหาเตียงในโรงแรมนี้ ปกติเขาจะไม่เคยบ่น หม้อน้ําอุ่นดี เป็นคืนที่หนาวสุดๆ แต่ช่วงหัวค่ําน้ําในห้องน้ําไม่ค่อยอุ่นเท่าไหร่แต่ต่อมาดีกว่ามาก เมื่อไปถึงพนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองมากและขอหมอนเสริมซึ่งมาถึงภายในไม่กี่นาที อาหารเช้าไม่เหมือนรูปที่โชว์ในบางเว็บไซต์1 ความจริงตอนแรกเห็นน้อยมากแต่ได้บอกว่าผู้หญิงที่ดูแลอีกเป็นกันเองมากรีบเอาของออกมาเติมให้ ชีส แฮม เนย เก็บไว้ในตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก และขนมปัง เค้ก สดมาก อาหารเช้าแบบ Basic french hotel หาโรงแรม1well สัทแนฟชอบ เดินไกลๆ ไปมา งงๆ ตอนแรกๆ กรณีจําได้ ขณะที่คุณไปรอบๆ ด้านหลัง จะเป็นทางซ้ายของร้านอาหาร Courtpaille ที่ซ่อนอยู่ระหว่างตึก หรือหนึ่งปลายขึ้นมาด้านหลังติดถนนใหญ่ซึ่งเป็นทางรถสองแถว เราคงไม่พักที่นี่อีก

Très bel hôtel entièrement rénové, façon ”maison de famille”. On se sent chez soi. Chambre petite mais propre , grande douche. Au petit déjeuner il manque des croissants et des pains au chocolat, mais il y a quand même pas mal de choix et les produits sont très bons. Personnel de réception exceptionnel, j'avais besoin d'aller en ville mais aucun taxi dispo. La dame adorable m'a déposé en ville après sa journée de travail. Déco atypique et personnel en or, on fera la halte pour le retour.
