บริการดีทุกอย่าง พนักงานน่ารัก เสียดายอย่างเดียวไม่มีบริการ room serviceเพราะมันต้องเดินไกลมากกว่าจะถึงเคาท์เตอร์ รร จากห้องพัก นอกนั้นคือโอเคเลย ห้องพักตรงปก สะอาด วิวสวย มีหมูกะทะด้วยแก แต่ไม่มีหมูนะ เป็นเนื้อ,ไก่,ซีฟู้ด อาหารเช้า ต้องตื่นมากินนะ อร่อย

โรงแรมบินตัน ไอส์แลนด์ รีสอร์ท ยังคุ้ม! โรงแรมมีทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามและมีชายหาดของตัวเอง มีสระว่ายน้ำสวยด้วย~~ทัศนคติการบริการของพนักงานดีมาก👍🏻 แม้ว่าไกด์จะบอกเราว่าสภาพแวดล้อมอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันค่อนข้างดี - แต่! มีตุ๊กแก 🦎 มากมาย คุณรู้ไหมว่ามันหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้บนเกาะ แต่ฉันกลัวจริงๆ! - - อีกทั้งวันแรกที่เราย้ายเข้าก็มีนักเรียนจากสิงคโปร์จัดปาร์ตี้ข้างบ้านจนเช้าเสียงดังมาก ตอนเช้าฉันยังเสียงดังอยู่เลยไปแจ้งที่โรงแรมแล้วพวกเขาก็บอกฉันว่าฉันได้คุยกับพวกเขาแล้ว แต่ปัญหาก็ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข เป็นเวลานานแล้วที่ฉันมีเสียงดัง🥹🥹

I rated cleanliness as 4/5 as it was almost perfect clean but there was a cockroach in my room. This I might not fully blame the resort as we are in nature. This resort is perfect is you are looking for secluded and quiet spot to getaway for a family or a couple. You won’t need to venture out. But it’s a long drive to the resort to the ferry where you need to factor travelling time in your itinerary. I went with my family and the in-house farm was a blast for my kid feeding bunnies, chickens and fishes. Kiki the person in charge was very friendly and served us well. There is a club for kids activities. Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would go back again. Take note that is 21% charges of tax on top of the prices - service charges and Govt tax.

Celebrate my partner’s birthday at the resort and the hotel prepared a cake and decorated the bed to surprise! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, and respond promptly to queries and requests. It was hot during the day, and hotel help to tune the aircon and brought a new fan to make our experience better. Highly recommended!

Excellent service in the resort. I asked if they could set up something complimentary for my mom's birthday and they did. A Happy Birthday banner and a small cake. Appreciate the effort. But the cake shall be improved in the texture, it's too dry. But still we are thankful. There's buggy service around the resort which makes it so convenient for my elderly mom with knee pain issue. The breakfast spread is good! On 27 July, we had a negative experience at a point. We booked a massage at D'Bintan massage outside the resort, with 2-way transport included. We booked 8.30pm and we were told to wait at the lobby area at 8.30pm. We were having our BBQ buffet dinner at The Patio, the spa girl stationed at the lobby came into the Patio restaurant, approached me at 8.20pm while we're still eating, and asked me if i booked the massage, i said yes. And she stood there looking at me. I looked at my watch and told her, i booked 8.30pm right? She looked at her watch and said ”ok yes 8.30pm” and left. Just 5 mins later at 8.25pm, she came to my table again and told me, the car is waiting outside already. At that point, i felt like she was rushing us to stop eating and go now, while we're still finishing up our food, which was quite rude. If its already 8.30pm and we're still eating, she can rush us. But we still have time to finish our food! Other than this, the stay and experience was all good.

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.
