Sensationelles Hotel mit großer Geschichte. Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders das Team an der Rezeption ist professionell und kompetent bei allen Fragen. Die Lage ist perfekt! Alles was man für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Belgrad benötigt, ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch.....alles top!!!

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

Terrific hotel overall, with excellent and efficient service , elegant room design and tasteful public areas, good breakfast and great managements that solves any issue with superb professionalism… and the location is fantastic, with friendly and capable concierge service to suggest and book dinner reservations and advise your touring plans.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

Definitely the best place we visited for a long time… New furniture, everything clean, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, bar and spa available all the time! Center of the city and you have SAFE PARKING!!! cannot ask for more Thank you Sky Team ☺️
