Holiday Inn Express & Suites ALBUQUERQUE AIRPORT by IHG

"Room was clean, but bathroom caulking could be improved. Location is great, in South Central Albuquerque near the airport. One front desk worker was very nice, while another was not that polite. Breakfast was very good, but dairy fridge should be on colder setting."

"It was a clean hotel, although it was a little far from the city. The receptionist was very helpful, but the hair dryer was broken and they didn't have a replacement, so it was disappointing that I couldn't use it at all. I wish they had checked first to make sure it worked properly."

"The location is near the highway. Breakfast is average. The room has a microwave and mini-refrigerator. Soundproofing is poor."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!"

"Don't be fooled by the name; it's actually a motel with terrible hygiene. The floor was covered in unidentified liquid, and the actual condition of the bathroom didn't match the photos."
