My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Odalar temiz duş tuvalet temiz, yataklar konforlu, klima harika. Personel muhteşem, her konuda yardımcılar. 3* dan fazlasını hakeden harika bir işletme. Annem babam karım ve kızım ile birlikte iki odada 3 gece kaldık. Gerek termal havuzları gerek yüzme havuzları 24 saat kullanıma açık olması çok iyi. Ve hayvan dostu personelini de tekrar selamlamak istiyorum. Gözünüz arkada kalmadan rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.

Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Yalnız bayan hamam bölümü tadilatı acilen bitirilmesi gerekiyor.
