Beds were comfortable and clean. We had the French toast, hotcoco and coffee with international delight creamer. The pool was really steamy and the towels had condensation dripping from the hot tub area. There was only one usb port on an alarm clock. An open window or some fresh air circulation would be good. We very much enjoyed the friendly staff and the experience. Thank you
I was disappointed that they gave only 2 bottles of water daily even though there were 3 of us. The room also does not have a fridge and had a safe which did not work.
In addition, there was no self service laundrette where we could wash our laundry.
The cleaner who did our room did not do a good job with the toilet - I kept seeing the same cotton bud on the floor next to the bin for the whole time that I was there.
Also the room size is rather small for what should be able to accommodate 4 persons.
This was the third stay over a 10 year time span. Every stay the hotel has been friendly, and clean. This time was no different. However, to my surprise there was an added parking fee of $29 per night. This caught me as odd since our previous stays had not charged for this convenience. Going from free to $29 seemed rather obnoxious. The person at checkin pointed out the small print in the reservation that stated the upcharge for parking. I have to admit I didn’t even look for that as I hadn’t been charged for parking the previous stays. Lesson learned.
I recently stayed at Graduate Eugene and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel.
This hotel is in the perfect location. Very close to good restaurants (Indian & Italian), walking distance. Close to Target and CVS too.
The Hotel in general is well maintained, modern and clean. In addition, the bedding is extremely comfortable and a well thought out room layout. I appreciated the mini fridge, ironing board and state of the art iron. These small details made my experience very pleasant. Also, the gym was very clean too.
Highly recommended this hotel!
The room was super clean and no smells. Everything felt new and well maintained. For the price, it feels pretty unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you.
KKamamo BailonHotel was a smaller limited service boutique hotel. Locating was great for our needs (Trailblazers game) as we we're only a few minutes away from the Moda Center. The hotel is a minimalists dream. The room come across a a college dorm room, but is clean and uncluttered. It had a restaurant bar in the lobby with a Korean inspired menu. The bar draws locals from the area and had a really good vibe. Parking is $50 per night, but there options such as street parking with totals about $20 a day (Strange street parking rates...well strange to me at least 🤣) or parking garages near by for about half the cost of the hotel parking. The room rate was an awesome plus and the location made it a no brainer for us.
ผผู้เข้าพักOne word: Perfect !
Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
HHannahRNorrisI stayed here for one night in the king deluxe for an insanely low price. This gorgeous historic hotel is located in the downtown district of Baker City and it is easily the most picturesque experience of the town. The hotel has kept most of its original furnishings, crystal chandeliers everywhere, and a stunning stained glass skylight in the restaurant.
Erika at the front desk helped me with check in and valet (so affordable!), and she even offered treats that she made herself to my dog! The restaurant was gorgeous, my waitress Jenny had great recommendations for dinner, overall a fantastic evening. I could not have asked for a better stay.
JJoAnna McDonnellLet me start with cudos for Elizabeth at the front desk. I'd say she did everything in her control to make my stay excellent. GREAT customer service there. The van driver, however, made me feel unimportant. What????? We have to turn the van back around to return to the hotel to pick up a pilot? Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK!
I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back.
