I stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.

สะอาด สะดวกสบาย และตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบ โรงแรมสะอาดสะอ้าน พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี และทําเลที่ตั้งก็ดีกว่านี้ไม่ได้ ใกล้กับทุกสิ่งที่ฉันต้องการเห็นและทํา แม้จะอยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่ก็เงียบอย่างน่าประหลาดใจ ซึ่งทําให้ง่ายต่อการพักผ่อน จะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

Serenity all around, meticulously designed, very quiet and lush greenery. Impeccable service except for maybe the velocity of concierge communication. The privacy and quietness of the Casitas and the quality of their design are matched only by a very limited amount of properties worldwide.

By far the best hotel experience we ever had! Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.

El hotel está normal, promedio. Desafortunadamente el desayuno estuvo fatal muy poca variedad, la fruta estaba casi podrida, los chilaquiles desabridos de tortilla remojada, huevos “en salsa” quemados y papas insípidas. Una de las cremas que tomamos para el café estaba echada a perder y por poco la bebemos. El personal muy amable. El agua de la regadera tiene un límite por el cual no sale taaan caliente, a simple vista podría parecer que uno se bañará con agua fría. Se percibe un poco más tibia cuando estás bañándote.

Bel hôtel avec charme, un peu vieillot. Grandes chambres, bons restaurants et bon service en chambre. Parking sous-terrain sans ascenseur et avec mauvaise odeur des égouts.

ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และพนักงานบริการเป็นกันเอง โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมืองและสะดวกต่อการนั่งแท็กซี่ จัตุรัสใหญ่อยู่ไม่ไกล สามารถเดินไปได้ และย่านใกล้เคียงก็ปลอดภัย อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็โอเค ค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ แต่มีค่าใช้จ่าย แต่มีปัญหาเรื่องฉนวนกันเสียง ฉันได้ยินเสียงของจัตุรัสใหญ่ที่อยู่ไกลออกไปทั้งคืน โดยรวมแล้วแนะนํา

เป็นการพักที่ดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักทันสมัย อาหารเช้าเยอะ ประสบการณ์ดีมาก คือ เวลาเช็คอินสั้นไป ไม่เดินเล่นใกล้ๆ อยู่แต่เช้า ออกแต่เช้า เร่งหน่อย
