โรงแรมที่ไม่ดูหมิ่นหรือยกย่องทำเลที่ตั้งใจกลางเมืองในย่าน Lapa ที่สกปรกมาก .... อาหารเช้าที่ดี .... เตียงเดี่ยวค่อนข้างสบาย ... หมอนสูงเกินไปและไม่มีทางเลือกอื่นนอกจากการมีอันที่ต่ำกว่า ... ผ้าม่านสีเข้มสั้นที่ เช้า 6 โมงเช้าและสว่างแล้ว... สระว่ายน้ำชั้นบนสุดเล็กเกินไปเนื่องจากโรงแรมมี 13 ชั้นและมีผู้คนจำนวนมาก

Great location, close to the beach and local shops. Highly recommend if on a budget and want to be close to copacabana. Only real negative is there online booking which doesn’t really accommodate non Brazilian guests. Tried to do before arriving, received about 10 emails to do this! And even then it would not accept without certain information that only Brazilian nationals have. And when we got to the hotel, they asked us to do the online check in too, which took 45 mins or so for them to realise there is a fault with it. And then checked us in within 2 mins.

Não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Somos reincidentes, hehehe. As instalações são limpas, a localização é boa, o atendimento é muito bom. Recomendo. Para ficar melhor, só faltou um upgrade, mas eu tenho certeza que vou receber na minha próxima estadia.

ทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับส่วนประวัติศาสตร์ทั้งหมดของเมืองถ้าคุณต้องการไม่ใช่ย่านที่สะอาดและปลอดภัย แต่สําหรับนักเดินทางที่มีประสบการณ์ไม่ใช่ปัญหา แต่สําหรับนักเดินทางที่มีประสบการณ์ควรยึดติดกับ Copacabana Ipanema หรือ Leblon ไม่มียิมในโรงแรมเหมือนที่อ่านก่อนจอง แต่มีโรงยิมมากมายรอบๆ รวมทั้งที่กินและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต

Parece ser um hotel relativamente novo, porém ao entrar no quarto percebe-se que a construção precisou de algumas adequações para dar uma aparência de moderno. O café da manhã é razoável, mas o ponto forte é o atendimento, tanto na recepção quanto no café da manhã.

The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars.

The location is good, walking distance to most of the places n centro. 2 big supermarkets located right opposite hotel which make it very convenient. Breakfast was basic but goid enough to stay your day. Value for money

Tem localização de fácil acesso, em rua tranquila. O café da manhã tem pontos positivos mas precisa melhorar em algumas comodidades como travesseiros melhores, melhor qualidade do Wi-Fi e da TV a cabo.

The location is great, however you should be aware that the you pay so much for the location and that's it. Standard double room is not spacious, with very small window. The hotel itself is far-far away from luxury, for Europe it looks like 2-3 stars, definitely not 4. The main advantage is rooftop, where you can see beautiful Copacabana beach from 14th floor. This terrace is open for every guest of hotel, even on New Year's eve for free. The service is poor: gentlemen on reception talked indifferently, barely understanding english. They even gave us misleading information: for example, one of them told I need to get up at 7:30 sharp to give belongings for laundry (and no chance to do it in advance or later), the second was sure that we needed to pay for New Year's dinner to have access to rooftop (he didn't know the word ”terrace”, by the way). Both were wrong. The breakfast was mediocre, with Fanta pretending to be orange juice and no vegetables at all, but with fair good cheeses and deserts though. The service in the bar is very-very slow.
