I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable and overall the room felt very cozy. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. When we realized the mini fridge was not working, they replaced it very quickly, which I really appreciated. The location is another big plus — it’s right next to the park and within walking distance to both the morning market and night market, making it very convenient for sightseeing and food. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, such as providing a hair dryer in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it for the great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff.

Very clean, new and modern hotel. Location is great with a major shopping centre in walking distance and  a walking distance bus stop. Great lighting with various options for lights such as business lights, bright lights and so on. Smart room where the curtains and toilet are automatic. Room is very clean, relatively large with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is very safe where you will need to scan your room card in the lift to use the lift. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, there was a variety of food options and the food options rotate every day. Even though they have central heating and say they cannot turn the heating off, they can and you can also open the window. So basically you can regulate your own room temperature. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, would stay again.

The receptionist was polite and check in was smooth. The road, on which the property is located, did not look good. However, the hotel is near a main road and many stopping centers are near by. There is a pool club and bar near. There was just one tea bag provided for two people. However, on asking for extra tea bags they provided. Extra pillow provided. And the staff polite. Overall exp was good.

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็โอเค แต่ราคาเกิน 300 ไม่ถูกในเขตฟู่ หรือเมืองชั้นหนึ่งใหม่สามารถอยู่ในระดับเดียวกันในราคานี้ได้ในฤดูกาลนี้ แค่สามวันไม่มีน้ําร้อนให้อาบน้ําแต่ไม่สามารถล้างน้ําเย็นได้ ยังคงหวังว่าจะให้บริการที่ตรงกับราคาให้มากที่สุด

The hotel owner is helpful and kind to assist me to find my way around Qiqiha'er. She waited for my arrival at the railway station and showed me the way to her hotel. She advised me to do my own tour to Zhalong nature reserve park by taking public bus 306. Or take a Didi e-hailing. However, the only problem is the place and the room size are just too small and difficult to move around. There are people smoking in the hotel and I can't really stand the cigarette smoke everywhere. I hope the owner must make policy not to allow guests to smoke inside the room and hotel space.
