The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.
Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!
Pros: nice room with great beds.

The Service was great everyone was respectful, room was very clean and housekeeping was very nice and quiet and gave us everything we need. The cons of the service we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast unless we paid, certain amenities in the room didn’t work, & we didn’t have a microwave. Overall if you’re doing a short stay about a week 8/10.
Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees
ผผู้เข้าพักOur stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.
