تجربه جميله وحلوه لم تكن الاولى لي لكن تاخرو جدا علي بالدخول ولم يتم تعويضي ولا الأخذ بالملاحظات للي ذكرتها لهم

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

From check in to check out, the hotel staff whom I associated were very friendly. Services were efficient. The pool table was great game for the guests and the small coffee place with lots of space for private meetings was conducive.

I recently stayed at AlReem Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend! Special thanks to Mahatab and Ramesh.

Even though I arrived before check in time, they let me check in without questions.
