Beautiful experience! The hotel has been recently renewed, has a whole new building and a wonderful new Spa facilities, which is top 2 if not the best in Portugal. The restaurant that connects to the hotel is also excellent with a varied menu of well-made Portuguese dishes (reservation mandatory!) Definitely a must trip to do yearly during the winter season!

Atendimento razoável, pequeno almoço apertado a nível de horário e supervisora rude. Criticar hóspedes, dar sermões e falar mal para um funcionário em frente dos hóspedes é de uma falta de respeito pelo colega de trabalho e pelas pessoas que tentam ter um momento tranquilo. Spa, que nao funciona como um a partir do momento que existe aulas de natação e hidroginásticas em que ocupam a piscina toda, o que é suposto ser relaxante torna-se incomodativo. Em algum momento, tiveram o cuidado de avisar.

Fui a um casamento e esteve tudo perfeito. O alojamento, o casamento e cerimónia incríveis, e no dia seguinte a agradável piscina. Deixo apenas uma nota para a demora no atendimento ao almoço no bar: mais de uma hora a aguardar por tostas mistas e sopas para um grupo de cerca de 8 pessoas, e com pedidos esquecidos.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

O serviço do hotel é, genericamente, bom. O quarto em que ficámos era espaçoso e tinha varanda, o que é sempre um extra interessante. Pena não terem atendido o meu pedido, nada extravagante, quanto a ter uma cama da casal, em vez de 2 camas single.

It was a very special experience for me. The hotel was built with stone walls and looked in harmony with nature. It was very pretty and neat. The service was friendly and breakfast was delicious.
