โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟกลางมากและสามารถเดินไปถึงได้ซึ่งสะดวกมาก แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมสามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ มีทัศนคติการบริการที่ดีมาก และกระตือรือร้นมาก ฉันต้องพิมพ์เอกสารและพวกเขาก็ช่วยเหลือฉันอย่างจริงจัง สามารถเก็บสัมภาระได้ ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกมากด้วยห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหารจีน ฯลฯ ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง อาหารเช้าเข้มข้นมากแต่เป็นสไตล์ตะวันตกทั้งหมดก็พอเข้าใจได้แต่อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับความอยากอาหารของคนจีน มีน้ำพุดื่มที่ทางเข้าลิฟต์เพื่อรวบรวมน้ำ มีอ่างอาบน้ำแต่ทุกครั้งที่น้ำออกก็จะเข้าอ่างอาบน้ำทุกครั้งหากต้องการแปลงเป็นฝักบัวก็ต้องดึงปลั๊กออกซึ่งยุ่งยากและไม่สะดวกทุกครั้ง ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ดี การนั่งแท็กซี่สะดวกมาก

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

At this moment the location is really poor because of the road construction in the area. It is dusty all over around the hotel. Be aware of this when you book because the construction didn’t look it would end anytime soon as of September 2026. It’s not a walking distance from the train station or from the historic downtown. Bus 157 takes you to the station, and 106 goes historic downtown.  The breakfast were wonderful. Great variety and live cooking of eggs. The staff at the restaurant were nice. As for the room, a smell from the sewage bothered us, so we ran water for a while, and it went off. Shower was good and hot.  Some staff were very nice, but the other didn’t look happy or welcoming. We didn’t get a good impression when we checked in compared to another hotel in Warzawa.

Hotel is some distance from airport (5km?) . Thankfully the hotel arranged for a transfer by emailing a voucher to ride on a taxi to the hotel. You ll need to communicate with the hotel ahead or when you land . Reception was very welcome by front desk (Michel ?) . There is a bar /restaurant within the hotel. There is an Audi supermarket across the road but limited products. But next door in Little Vietnam where you can have Vietnam restaurants that caters for mainly Vietnamese community. You can get pho bo. Across the road you can catch a number of trams downtown and buy ticket for 75 mins or pay more for longer distances. Not many of the local speak English so you can get lost even using google map to navigate your way to Old Town. We took an uber and it s relative cheaper than other major European capital cities. Overall a good stay at this hotel esp the helpful front desk

ว้าว!! ไม่น่าเชื่อเลยว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไปขนาดนี้!! ห้องพักเงียบสงบ สวยงาม และกว้างขวาง สะอาดเอี่ยมอ่อง พนักงานและบริการยอดเยี่ยม ห้องน้ำก็สวยงามมาก และเรายังได้ทานอาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ ซึ่งอร่อยมากและมีให้เลือกมากมาย โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งที่เราเคยไปมาเลย จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนและขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่ง

Got an 8hrs transfer in Warsaw. So managed to take a bus from airport and stay for the night. Really cozy and comfortable. They got quite a few free extra services i.e. morning call & free transport to airport(?) which should be a great choice for travellers.

Nice and professional welcome at the reception. Room clean and little amenities that you don’t find in any hotel, but of course Radisson Blu is always a guarantee 😊
