โรงแรม 4 ดาว ในเลสเซอร์โปแลนด์ โปแลนด์

清潔で安全で素晴らしいホテルです。 キッチンと調理器具や食器も一通りあるので、簡単な料理を作ることも出来ます。周辺は静かですが、トラムやバスの駅もすぐ近く、ショッピングセンターも近いために極めて便利です。 チェックインもチェックアウトもスタッフとやり取りすることなく終わりました。そのためサービスを3/5と採点しましたが、決してサービスが悪いという意味ではありません。 また利用したいです。

The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short 10‑minute walk from the train station and very close to the scenic highlights of the old town. This made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable. In terms of amenities, the water pressure / water saving mode could be improved, as the outflow was rather weak and not very comfortable. On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made mornings a real treat.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สะดวกสบายซึ่งคุณสามารถเดินไปยังทั้งปราสาทและศูนย์กลางประวัติศาสตร์ริมแม่น้ําได้ โครงสร้างสะอาดและสะดวกสบายทุกอย่างสิ่งเดียวที่ต้องพิจารณาคือไม่สามารถผ่อนคลายภายในได้เนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรมโปรดของครอบครัวที่มีเด็กอย่างน้อย 3 คน สภาพแวดล้อมเช่นร้านอาหาร บาร์และอื่น ๆ ไม่ได้แยกจากอะไรเลยดังนั้นหากเด็กร้องไห้ร้องไห้สําหรับทุกคนเราไม่พูดถึงสระว่ายน้ําที่เสียงร้องจากว่ายน้ําสปาไม่พิจารณา ขออภัย ในคืนถัดไปเราจะแยกเครือโนโวเทล

Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo udany. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i komfortowe, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i profesjonalna – od pierwszego kontaktu czuć było dbałość o gości. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja – wygodna zarówno do zwiedzania, jak i odpoczynku. Śniadania smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Atmosfera spokojna, idealna do relaksu po całym dniu. Zdecydowanie wrócę przy kolejnej okazji i z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel innym

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม เรามาถึงตอนตี 2 และกระบวนการต้อนรับก็ใจดีและรวดเร็ว สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับศูนย์กลาง เดินไปยังสถานที่ทั้งหมดโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งใกล้กับแม่น้ํา Vistula ที่สวยงาม ทัศนคติของพนักงานดีมาก คําตอบและช่วยเหลือในปัญหาใด ๆ ด้วยรอยยิ้ม อาหารเช้าดีมาก มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวางจากรั้ว แขกโรงแรมวันละ 60 zzlotys จริงๆเราไม่อยากจากไป รับรองว่าเราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

บริการเยี่ยมและการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบาย ฉันได้รับประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกได้รับการต้อนรับตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกที่มาถึง ฉันรู้สึกขอบคุณมากที่สามารถเช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้ ซึ่งทำให้การเดินทางของฉันสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี แม้ว่าวิวจากหน้าต่างห้องของฉันจะไม่ค่อยดีนัก นอกจากนี้ ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ไกลจากตัวเมืองมากกว่าที่ฉันคาดไว้เล็กน้อย แต่ก็ยังสามารถเดินทางได้ โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันมีความสุขมากกับการเข้าพักและจะแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเรื่องการบริการลูกค้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม!

I wish I'd read more reviews on other platforms as what I experienced was common and longstanding. It looked good on paper and was affordable. The first room 107 was at the back with a blocked view and air con that didn't work. After 5 hours a/c at 18 but still at 27 in the room I felt like I was suffocating and got moved (3am). Second room 403 great view but curtains cream. Lit up all night. Then light with dawn. And trams outside along with church bells mean you have to be a great sleeper (I had an eye mask and earplugs but to no avail). All rooms have 2 single beds together and 2 single duvets which I personallydont like. It's definitely not 4*. The location was decent but a schlepp to the old town. Good tram connections.

Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ！ it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special. Highly recommended!
