โรงแรม 4 ดาว ในจังหวัดโอะกะยะมะ ญี่ปุ่น

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

ตอนแรกฉันไม่อยากพักที่โอคายามะ แต่ตั๋วเครื่องบินจะถูกกว่ามากเมื่อฉันกลับมาอีกสองวันต่อมา ฉันก็เลยจะอยู่โรงแรมนี้สักสองวันก็สะดวกมาก อยู่นอกสถานีโอคายามะเลย ตรงข้ามมีทาคาชิมายะและ BIC และอิออนก็อยู่ใกล้มากเช่นกัน อาหารเช้าก็น่ายกย่อง นอกจากบุฟเฟ่ต์ธรรมดาแล้วยังมีอาหารพิเศษอีกด้วย อร่อยทุกอย่าง ฉันจะกลับมาใหม่ในอนาคต

I'm not sure why the cabins can't have full walls but I guess there is some regulatory reason. Therefore it is quite noisy at night, especially if other guests need to get up and leave early. The hotel proved earplugs but still something to be aware of. Other than that, it's so lovely. For a more hostel-type experience with shared facilites it feels very luxe and super comfortable. Ideally located by the port for travels to the islands.

かなり綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。 アメニティが少し不足していましたが、フロントに連絡したところ、すぐに持ってきてくださいました。 また食事用の割り箸も提供してくれて助かりました。 チェックイン前にも関わらず、フロントで荷物を預かってくださいました。 アフタヌーンティーもとても美味しかったです。 美観地区が真横ですぐ行けるロケーションも最高でした。

I stayed in Uno only for one night. The design of this hotel is very stylish and has interesting conception. The room is enough big, nice balcony with an amazing view, also there is free water. I also liked the breakfast and it was very good, liked it a lot. It’s a pity, that there was no tea and coffee at the reception and also there was no personal care accessories. Not all staff speak English.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม หันหน้าไปทางทะเลในเซโตะ ทิวทัศน์อยู่ยงคงกระพัน มีรถรับส่งจากสถานีเอริโซะ พร้อมตารางเวลา ทางที่ดีควรติดต่อโรงแรมล่วงหน้าเพื่อนัดหมาย ไม่ไกลจากจุดชมวิวภูเขาคิโยวะ สามารถเดินไปได้ สระว่ายน้ําสําหรับแช่ตัวเล็กไปหน่อย คนอีกไม่กี่คนก็เต็ม ความรู้สึกสุขอนามัยของห้องสามารถเสริมความแข็งแกร่งได้ แต่โดยรวมแล้วความพึงพอใจและแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Lovely accommodation - everything was well thought out and considered. Excellent location close to train station and Bikan Quarter. We had a wonderful time in Kurashiki. Will definitely stay here again. No washing machine / dryer - only thing that would make this accommodation even better. Thank you for having us!

Wat een geweldige ervaring! Dit is een echt traditionele ryokan, gelegen in de prachtige historische wijk Bikan. Het privé diner op de kamer was van hoge kwaliteit en werd door een alleraardigste dame geserveerd en toegelicht. De sfeer in de ryokan is heel fijn, bijna sereen en van binnen is het pand prachtig met veel glanzend hout. De kamer was ruimer dan verwacht.  Wij waren vergeten vooraf een parkeerplek te reserveren. Gelukkig was er plek en een medewerker bood aan mee te rijden. Super attent.
