The best hotel in my 11 days trip in Japan North East! The food is the best amongst others hotel and also the service. The staff could hear my chop stick dropping on the floor and bring another one to me. Also, they helped me to clean the snow on my car before leaving! It’s a very good experience and highly recommend to visit there.
JjuLiaNa sImStunning location! Walked into the lobby and was floored by panoramic views of the cape.
The hotel isn't modern or new, but it's well-maintained. Stayed in the tatami room and it's extremely spacious.
Opt for the dinner buffet as there aren't lots of dining options unless you drive. Breakfast was full of Western and Japanese options. Oiishi!
ผผู้เข้าพักHotel could seem abit dated, but everything is very clean. There were a few stink bugs during our stay but it could not be helped as it was autumn season, and the hotel staff helped to catch them where possible. The sulfur smell in the hallway could be quite strong for some people, but I think it's a natural part because of the onsen.
Staff were very kind and helpful. Can consider going on their guided trekking programme as they were very considerate in making the trek fun and safe for us.
The buffet food is very good! Every dish was done quite nicely and they change most of the menu for the two days I was there. Did not regret getting it.
