The rooms at hotel were neat and clean. The staff is good and supportive. Had booked the stay for a day with family. Their restaurant serves a tasty food. Breakfast rates were high. It was going higher than our dinner price. But the property is good overall, will recommend to stay. Also it is at good location from hear ki pauri ghat.

Location wise is very bad in the sense that from main road to hotel approach road is extremely bad to worse. Rooms are nice, service staff well behaved. Food variety is very limited

ก่อนจองเห็นหลายคนบอกว่าอาหารที่นี่ไม่อร่อย เลยประหม่ามาก เมื่อฉันกินบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า ฉันพบว่ามันโอเค แต่มีไม่มากนัก แต่คุณภาพก็โอเค เป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกในการร้องเรียน ไม่มีช่องแยกสำหรับห้องน้ำและฝักบัว เป็นที่เข้าใจกันว่าในขณะนั้นการออกแบบไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา แต่สิ่งที่เข้าใจยากคือเราไม่สามารถเพิ่มม่านอาบน้ำ? อาบน้ำเสร็จ ห้องน้ำก็เลอะเทอะ หากคุณต้องการใช้ห้องน้ำหรือแปรงฟันในภายหลัง ขออภัย คุณต้องเข้าไปข้างใน

Location is great rightbon the main road in Tapovan. Has good parking facilities including valet. Food has variety and taste, staff is polite and helpful. Rooms and common areas are well maintained. Value for money.

Everything was great except the speed of service. Also there should be an option for taking food to the room instead of boufet without any additional charges. We had to buy food if we wanted to take food to our rooms.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

The service, courtesy of staff, prompt response to any issues are spot on.
On the first day , the room offered to us had a musty smell.
The management changed the room straight away and upgraded us to a premium deluxe room.
The only downside was the room and furniture looked tired and needs an upgrade.

RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

Had an amazing experience at Ganga Lahiri. We were welcomed in a typical Indian style. And guided by a Pundit for evening Ganga Aarti.
The rooms are huge with sufficient storage space & authentic ancient touch. Very clean.
Breakfast is included & excellent.
Live music during dinner time.
Very good vibes.
Will definitely recommend it to others.

ผผู้เข้าพักOverall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.
