The rooms at hotel were neat and clean. The staff is good and supportive. Had booked the stay for a day with family. Their restaurant serves a tasty food. Breakfast rates were high. It was going higher than our dinner price. But the property is good overall, will recommend to stay. Also it is at good location from hear ki pauri ghat.

Nice place and good experience the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities i needed. I particularly enjoyed [mention any specific feature, like the view, the bed, or the bathroom. The location was perfect for my needs, allowing easy access to [mention nearby attractions or conveniences. I also loved [mention any specific service, like the breakfast, spa, or gym. ก่อนจองเห็นหลายคนบอกว่าอาหารที่นี่ไม่อร่อย เลยประหม่ามาก เมื่อฉันกินบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า ฉันพบว่ามันโอเค แต่มีไม่มากนัก แต่คุณภาพก็โอเค เป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกในการร้องเรียน ไม่มีช่องแยกสำหรับห้องน้ำและฝักบัว เป็นที่เข้าใจกันว่าในขณะนั้นการออกแบบไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา แต่สิ่งที่เข้าใจยากคือเราไม่สามารถเพิ่มม่านอาบน้ำ? อาบน้ำเสร็จ ห้องน้ำก็เลอะเทอะ หากคุณต้องการใช้ห้องน้ำหรือแปรงฟันในภายหลัง ขออภัย คุณต้องเข้าไปข้างใน

Everything was great except the speed of service. Also there should be an option for taking food to the room instead of boufet without any additional charges. We had to buy food if we wanted to take food to our rooms.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

The service, courtesy of staff, prompt response to any issues are spot on.
On the first day , the room offered to us had a musty smell.
The management changed the room straight away and upgraded us to a premium deluxe room.
The only downside was the room and furniture looked tired and needs an upgrade.

RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

ผผู้เข้าพักI have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

Had an amazing experience at Ganga Lahiri. We were welcomed in a typical Indian style. And guided by a Pundit for evening Ganga Aarti.
The rooms are huge with sufficient storage space & authentic ancient touch. Very clean.
Breakfast is included & excellent.
Live music during dinner time.
Very good vibes.
Will definitely recommend it to others.

ผผู้เข้าพักExcellent location on hill top afroud 15 minutes from mall road library chowk.Main road was closed due construction work so we had to alternate road to approch hotel which is quite narrow at some points.still very good experience though breakfast changes were quite high so we did our breakfast outside .
