Nice place and good experience the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities i needed. I particularly enjoyed [mention any specific feature, like the view, the bed, or the bathroom. Everything was great except the speed of service. Also there should be an option for taking food to the room instead of boufet without any additional charges. We had to buy food if we wanted to take food to our rooms.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

The service, courtesy of staff, prompt response to any issues are spot on.
On the first day , the room offered to us had a musty smell.
The management changed the room straight away and upgraded us to a premium deluxe room.
The only downside was the room and furniture looked tired and needs an upgrade.

RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

ผผู้เข้าพักVery good and courteous staff. Beautiful property, historical value. Very spacious and reasonably priced. Not properly maintained. Geyser not working, no heater. Had to request for heater separately. Approach road to hotel is very narrow and steep. Scootys of other hotels are parked making it very difficult to reach hotel by car.
