El hotel está en pleno centro de Bilbao. Puedes ir andando a todos lados. Sobre todo tiene cerca la zona de pintxos. Las instalaciones son modernas y todo está cuidado.

Location was excellent, just on top of the Bilbao Intermodal bus station with a direct airport bus service. The hotel was a short walk away from the main sights of Bilbao, which we appreciated. Only disappointment was we received a stained bath towel, but rectified immediately by staff. Overall good value and would highly recommend the convenience.

The hotel itself is quite lovely and stylish, very hip boutique vibe. The location is a bit of a walk to the old town, half an hour maybe, but its along the lovely beach so we enjoyed it. Nice view on to the square. Would have liked for there to have been some tea and coffee making facilities in the room One thing we strongly disliked was the fact that the toilet and shower were only separated from the room by translucent plastic walls. Even though I was with a close friend the transparency and complete lack of sound proofing on the toilet was not something I enjoyed

Instalaciones muy limpias. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, por lo que no se podía enfriar bien la habitación

Confortable, mucho ruido por la noche , y por el día aviones , el baño incómoda la salida de la ducha , te chocas contra inodoro

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice view from hotel room and breakfast is also fantastic. Will definitely stay in Vincci Hoteles if I visit Bilbao again!

ห้องค่อนข้างกระทัดรัด ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ริมแม่น้ำ และสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญในเมืองได้ ไม่มีผักเป็นอาหารเช้า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นไข่ นม เนื้อสัตว์และซีเรียล ไม่มีที่รองรีด ห้องซักรีด และไม่มีอุปกรณ์ใช้แล้วทิ้งให้บริการ ห้องออกกำลังกายอยู่ที่ชั้นใต้ดิน เล็กมากและไม่มีหน้าต่าง ลิฟต์มีตัวควบคุมลิฟต์แต่ไม่ได้มีความละเอียดอ่อนมากนัก

Hotel bien situado, limpio,habitaciones cómodas y nuevas, baño grande y completo de utensilios con garaje propio, personal atento, el Desayuno necesita mejor servicio y atención pero de todas formas estuvo bien, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia,

Good friendly service. The breakfast was good and the counter crew helped to book local taxis. Directions and locations of tourist destinations were well briefed by the crew during check in.

ฉันพักในห้อง ”วิวเมือง” ระหว่างการเดินทางคนเดียวผ่านพื้นที่บาสก์ และมันเป็นห้องที่สะดวกสบายมาก ฉันลืมว่าไม่มีวิวทะเล แม้ว่าฉันจะแนะนําให้ไปที่ร้านกาแฟเพื่อสัมผัสประสบการณ์ริมชายหาดหากคุณได้ห้องวิวเมืองเพราะมองเห็นสถานที่ก่อสร้างบนถนนด้านหลัง โรงแรมใช้เวลาเดิน 15 นาทีโดยง่ายด้วยกระเป๋าเดินทางหนักของฉันจากศูนย์ขนส่งระหว่างเมือง ข้างชายหาด ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน มีอ่างอาบน้ําขนาดใหญ่ และเตียงนอนสบายมาก ฉันไม่สามารถลุกไปดูพระอาทิตย์ตกได้! นอกจากนี้ยังมีพนักงานที่เป็นประโยชน์และทําเลที่ตั้งที่ดีสําหรับการเดินหรือโดยรถประจําทางในเมือง ฉันไปที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ Chillida Leku ใช้เวลา 30 นาทีโดยรถบัสหมายเลข 25 ขอเเนะนํา!
