โรงแรมในหัวซานั้นยอดเยี่ยม ฉันไม่ได้คาดหวังว่าคราคูฟจะเซอร์ไพรส์ยิ่งขึ้น รู้สึกดีมากตั้งแต่วินาทีที่ฉันหยุดที่ทางเข้าโรงแรม ฉันชอบมันมาก คุณสามารถเห็นอาคารสิ่งทอที่ทางเข้าโรงแรม ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม การตกแต่งภายในของโรงแรมมีรสนิยมและล้ําหน้ามาก ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่ ห้องน้ําใหญ่กว่าปกติมาก อุปกรณ์ในห้องมีเทคโนโลยีที่แข็งแกร่ง และหันหน้าเข้าหาลานบ้านก็สบายมาก อาหารเช้าก็เยี่ยม ร้านอาหารนี้แนะนําโดยมิชลินในตอนเย็น มันอร่อยมาก คลาคอฟสวยมากจนไม่มีเวลาเพลิดเพลินกับสปาของโรงแรม อย่างเดียวที่ไม่เข้าใจคือไม่มีฉากกั้นอาบน้ําในห้องน้ําและน้ําจะสาดพื้นด้านข้าง

Excellent service of the receptionist/lobbies staff. Thanks for the surprising birthday cake and lovely card for my son! It’s so nice and warm!! The breakfast is perfect as we were in hurry for another trip, so hope to come here again to enjoy the delicious sort of food and drink! Amazing!!

Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow. Easy to walk everywhere The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early. The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water. Very good quality as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

Lovely staff, clean rooms. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but that's a personal preference. Spa available, but we didn't have time to use the facility. Overall position of the hotel is beautiful. Slightly out the way of town but near the river which provides a lovely walk into the town. Near wawel castle.

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit. Mais cela fut parfait. Arrivés avant l’heure mais la chambre était déjà prête. Belle chambre luxueusement décorée et silencieuse avec une literie très confortable. Y retourner, oui sûrement.

Friendly staff and great location! I had a problem with the the door lock. It wouldn’t open with the key card. The front desk staff found some one to help me open it quickly.

เราชอบอยู่ที่นี่ ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ โรงแรมสวยมาก ชอบเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ําของ Acqua de Palma ข้อเสียสองประการ เครื่องชงกาแฟในห้องจะเป็นโบนัสเพิ่มเติมและพื้นที่สปาจะอบอุ่นขึ้นเล็กน้อย บริเวณบาร์ก็น่ารักเหมือนส่วนอื่นๆ ของโรงแรม เราจะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน 😊

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Christmas market and for my husband’s birthday. The stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel. The team are incredibly helpful and friendly. A nice touch was leaving a bottle a prosecco and a card acknowledging the birthday celebration. This hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Well will be back!
