ผผู้เข้าพักHighly recommend this excellent hotel and facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons.
The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes.
The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold.
The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there.
But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated.
The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food.
The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day.
24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality.
Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

MMaoguamaogua這次入住真的讓我心裏畫了一個很大的問號。
説不上差到不能住，但也絕對談不上一次舒服的度假體驗。
環境本身是不錯的，風景挺好，看得到很多奇奇怪怪但很有特色的非洲樹木。海灘上的工作人員也都比較友好，和他們相處是輕鬆的，衹是他們也一再強調自己並不屬於酒店。
酒店本身的服務衹能説一般，態度不算差，但也完全沒有讓人覺得被好好對待或者被照顧到。
最讓人失望的是吃的。
真的很難吃。
不管是哪家餐廳，菜看起來都很好看，但吃到嘴裏的味道完全跟外表不成正比，有些甚至讓人懷疑是不是調味出了問題。更無語的是，有幾家餐廳預約非常難，每天衹接待很少的客人，我們住了五天都沒約上想去的餐廳，最後乾脆放棄。
最離譜的一次是，好不容易約到了一家牛排館，結果到了之後被告知因為我們“換過房間”，所以不能進餐廳，這個理由真的讓人震驚，也很難理解。
唯一讓我在吃這件事上有好感的，居然是餐廳裏切好的橙子，那是真的好吃。
總體來説，價格確實不算貴，但體驗也就停留在這個價位。有優點，也有不少讓人困惑甚至無語的地方。如果對餐飲和服務有期待，可能會失望；如果衹是圖便宜、看看風景，那還能接受。
