The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!
During my recent stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru, I was truly captivated by the serene beauty and exceptional service offered by this magnificent hotel. Nestled in the bustling heart of the city on Mahatma Gandhi Road, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the standout features was the impeccable service. The personal butlers were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of cuisines that catered to every palate. Whether it was the sumptuous Indian dishes or the delectable Italian fare, every meal was a culinary delight.
The spa and wellness facilities were the perfect antidote to a busy day, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with the use of wind energy and EV charging stations highlighting their dedication to the environment.
Overall, The Oberoi Bengaluru provided an unforgettable experience, seamlessly combining modern luxury with timeless elegance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in Bengaluru.

The hotel is nice & clean. I got room with race view which is nice. Swimming Pool is on the top of second building which have main restaurant, spa and fitness in that building too.
Spa and salon here is using outsource which is great too.
R-Bar for evening cocktail also great with variety of beer, wine and whisky.
The hotel held a lovely welcome ceremony upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was decent, and I appreciated that the chef personally went around to check on guests' experiences. The staff were all very friendly, and I had a great time staying here (:
Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.
ผผู้เข้าพักBreakfast is great. Room amenities are also good with Byredo products. Lake view is less than expected though. Overall fair price and value.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe view from the lobby and the indoor pool are what makes this property special. Nothing like it have I ever seen. This is enough to make u fall in love at first sight when u arrive. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated but generally everything was great and lots to do and explore on site as it is large. The service and staff are impeccable and very friendly and kind. Breakfast could be improved and given that most goods needs to be ordered this could be better communicated to guests. Some more activities should be complimentary as cost of room is quite high so by including activities this will make guests more involved and entertained. The outdoor pool could not use as it was cold. But the indoor one is one of a kind worldwide. Awesome fireplace in the room too. We upgraded to the premium villa which was way better than the cottage we originally booked. Space wise all rooms can accommodate 3 easily. They have electric cars to take u around which are unique too. Very environment friendly property
ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed from 20 to 25 Dec. I checked in late at around 2 am on 20 Dec and checked out super early on 25 Dec at 8:30 am in the morning. My dad unexpectedly passed away in the city on 21 Dec and for most of my trip, I was busy with the arrangements, returning late only to sleep in my room. On check out day, my flight got postponed and I returned to the hotel. For the most part, the Front Desk people were super helpful. However on the last day when I requested some private space just to sit and collect my thoughts. I was curtly told by Mr Sumit to 'sit around in the lobby'. Of course I wasn't expecting my room back but some sensitive courtesy in replying to a request would have been appreciated. It was a bitter jarring end to an otherwise smooth stay. I won't be staying here in future.
SstellaelysseThe rooms are okay if you are looking for a budget hotel. Very clean and nice staff. If you are looking for an affordable yet clean hotel this is the one
