Breakfast is great. Room amenities are also good with Byredo products. Lake view is less than expected though. Overall fair price and value.

Upon entering the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Their genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The check-in process was seamless, and I was swiftly escorted to my immaculate room.

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings
