The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

พื้นที่รอเช็คอินเป็นสไตล์อังกฤษและสวยงาม เราสั่งห้องคลาสสิก ผ่านอาคารหลัก ผ่านสวน มาที่ชั้นสองของห้องม้า ห้องพักสะอาดและห้องน้ําค่อนข้างใหญ่ แต่ทําเลค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง ราคาสูงและตําแหน่งสูงของโรงแรม ให้เราปรับแต่งห้องโดยอัตโนมัติ วิวจะดีมาก มองเห็นเมืองบาส สถานการณ์จริงน่าผิดหวัง เห็นวิวถนนอีกฝั่ง ไม่กล้าเปิดหน้าต่าง ชายชราขาวสไตล์อังกฤษล้วนช่วยขนสัมภาระและทําให้คุณอายที่จะไม่ให้ทิป ร้านอาหารอร่อยมาก ผักกาดหอมอร่อยเป็นพิเศษ คุณต้องสื่อสารและขออย่างต่อเนื่องในที่นี้ พวกเขาสามารถทําได้ดีกว่า

I stayed at the most beautiful place yesterday — it truly exceeded my expectations. Although it’s in a slightly remote location, that actually added to the charm. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the city. The service was absolutely five-star; everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom had massage features, which was such a luxurious touch. Every detail made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. If you're looking for a hidden gem that offers both beauty and comfort, this place is 100% worth the visit.

อย่างแรกเลยคือโรงแรมหายากมาก การนำทางของ Apple เองไม่ถูกต้อง ประการที่สอง ห้องน้ำในร้านมีขนาดเล็กมาก และยังคงมีเสียงน้ำในท่อระบายน้ำในตอนกลางคืน มีปัญหาระบบจ่ายน้ำร้อนในห้องหมายเลข 3 ไม่ได้ ซึ่งแจ้งช้าไปและไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้เอง ในที่สุดที่จอดรถก็เล็ก แม้ว่าที่จอดรถในบาธจะมีขนาดเล็กมาก แต่ที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมแห่งเดียวในสหราชอาณาจักรที่เรียกเก็บเงิน 15 ปอนด์ต่อคืนจากฉัน ไม่แนะนำอย่างจริงจัง

Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!

Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

The room was spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were all friendly and made sure our stay was remarkable and we will definitely be staying here again.

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่เรามาพักที่โรงแรมนี้ค่ะ ห้องพักน่ารักมากเลยนะคะ แต่โดยเฉพาะห้องซูพีเรียร์น่าจะมีเก้าอี้โซฟาที่นั่งสบายๆ หน่อยค่ะ เพราะเก้าอี้ที่มีอยู่ตอนนี้ นั่งได้ไม่เกิน 10 นาทีก็เมื่อยแล้ว คุณ Jean-Luc ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากและใจดีจริงๆ ค่ะ เขาเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ยอดเยี่ยมเลย
