The entire hotel had no hot water. Front desk failed to let me know when I checked in of course. However 5 minutes after i got to my room and realized there was not hot water, I called the front desk and was told by the same person that checked us in that there was no hot water and that someone was coming to fix it the next day! I had also booked a king size bed and my room had two doubles. When I asked about that I was told that it was an availability issue. Guy at the front desk said I got bumped because I did not book directly with Marriott! I want a refund!
ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel is clean and the staff provides great service. Unfortunately, each room has a de-humidifier which can't be switched off and is quite loud, especially during the night. Bring ear plugs!
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe were so pleased with excellent service, cleanliness, and location of the establishment. The breakfast is self serve. It would be nice to offer a little more to eat. We would stay there again.
