The stay at Vantalya Otel in Van was great. I had the warmest welcome which immediately made me feel at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well. The room is spacious and clean with a hot shower and well working airconditioner. Also breakfast is good and there’s a great variety to choose from. And the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the center, making it a good spot to explore Van.

Konumu çok iyi, tam gölün karşısında. Odalar temiz, personel çok misafirperver. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çok başarılı. Sabah yumurtanızı dahi söyleyebiliyorsunuz. Herşey çok güzeldi, çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler.

Comfort suite otele gittiğimizde rezervasyonumuzu geç yaptığımız için boş odaları olmadığını farklı bi otelde kpnaklayacağımızı söylediler, pars palace otele götürüldük, odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi, temizdi, kahvaltısını da çok beğendik vana tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir oteldi

Turkiyede ve dunyada iki kisilik odaya 2 kart verilir ki disari cikmak isteyen digerini rahatsiz etmesin,

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

ทําเลดี ติดถนน ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองมาก ถ้าห้องหันไปทางถนนตอนกลางคืนจะเสียงดัง แต่ตอนดึกเงียบมากไม่มีรถ ที่จอดรถร่วมฝั่งตรงข้ามไม่ฟรีเลย แค่ 1700~1100 โรงแรมน่าประหลาดใจ ล็อบบี้และห้องพักให้ความรู้สึกเหมือน 3~4 ดาว เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมในภาคตะวันออกของตุรกีแล้ว อาหารเช้าก็ธรรมดามาก

ผผู้เข้าพักOverall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent!
The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle.
The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast.
While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.
