We thought for the price the room would be a little more soundproof but lo and behold since it is essentially a duplex type villa, you can hear the slightest sound from the other ”villa” from upstairs since the walls are thick but the upper partition that separates the vaulted ceilings from the other room was prolly only made of plywood. At night, my friends and I (we were a group of 3 girls) were exchanging gifts but not even 5 minutes later, we received a noise complaint from our next door neighbor which unfortunately dampened our stay. We thought we were just extra noisy since we were all giddy and everything but in the morning, when we just woke up, we could audibly hear the conversation of the family from the other room so the room for its price was really paper thin. The room and amenities in itself was beautiful and clean and we wanted to stay another night upon seeing it but it not being soundproof for its price was such a killer.

Top-notch hospitality, warmth, and exceptional service!! I am long overdue in sharing my review, but I am excited to share my experience. My husband booked Seda Lio for my 50th birthday celebration. From the moment they picked us up from the airport in a golf buggy , which my boys loved, to the front desk, where we were greeted with drinks and a wonderful welcome, we knew we were in for a exceptional time. The service was unparalleled, led by Miggy, Devine, and their team. They upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite, closest to the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I must mention the delicious Taho and exceptional service provided by Jason and his team (forgot to mention the lady that served our table across the main door who was equally exceptional as well ). I received birthday cake greetings twice during breakfast, courtesy of Jason who made sure I blew my cake before we went for Island hopping, and again during dinner. Kuya Eddie was remarkable, making us feel safe during our island adventure and taking my sons snorkeling.And made my sons coconut palm hat. Seda Lio exceeded my expectations, making my 50th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you, and I cant wait to return to paradise.. 5 ⭐️

JJustUsExploringWe stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe really enjoyed our stay at Huni Lio. All the staff are accommodating, ready to assist and help with all your needs. Friendly staff with superb service. Great amenities, clean pool and beach front to watch the sunset . We love the breakfast with different menu each day, highly recommend their happy hour drinks and pizza . If you want to have a quiet accommodation, this is the place to be, you do not need to go to town as they have a great village with great restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. El Nido town is around 15mins via tricycle which cost 300pesos each day. I highly recommended this place and if ever I go back to El Nido, I will stay here again!

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs.
The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour.
Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though.
The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat views and location right at the beach. However, extremely hard to reach. Taxi’s cannot reach it so there is a walk along the beach or a very steep hill. We fell on the hill with our scooter because it is very hard to drive it.

ผผู้เข้าพักНебольшие номера, рядом с тусовочной улицей. Такой размер, сервис и даже расположение не стоят этих денег, если говорить честно. Но в тот момент не было ни вариантов, ни выбора. Все порты были закрыты, а гостиницы распроданы и ехать было некуда. Брали на одну ночь.
