The stay started great for us. We thought for the price the room would be a little more soundproof but lo and behold since it is essentially a duplex type villa, you can hear the slightest sound from the other ”villa” from upstairs since the walls are thick but the upper partition that separates the vaulted ceilings from the other room was prolly only made of plywood. At night, my friends and I (we were a group of 3 girls) were exchanging gifts but not even 5 minutes later, we received a noise complaint from our next door neighbor which unfortunately dampened our stay. We thought we were just extra noisy since we were all giddy and everything but in the morning, when we just woke up, we could audibly hear the conversation of the family from the other room so the room for its price was really paper thin. The room and amenities in itself was beautiful and clean and we wanted to stay another night upon seeing it but it not being soundproof for its price was such a killer. 

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

This hotel and its staff deserve a 10+ rating for excellence, staff very attentive customer care driven and friendly. Elmer and Cris stood out as exceptional. The hotel and grounds were clean beautiful and had extra amenities that made our stay relaxed and comfortable. The location is a 2 minute walk to Lio beach and all the restaurants along the beach. Elmer the van driver drove us to the beach area and recommended a good restaurant. The hotel will also transfer you to the airport which is very close. I would recommend Peace Loo over any other hotel in El Nido and will definitely return on future travels. The best of the best!

AUG 2025- BEAUTIFUL weather to celebrate 50th Birthday in Paradise. Top-notch hospitality, warmth, and exceptional service!! I am long overdue in sharing my review, but I am excited to share my experience. My husband booked Seda Lio for my 50th birthday celebration. From the moment they picked us up from the airport in a golf buggy , which my boys loved, to the front desk, where we were greeted with drinks and a wonderful welcome, we knew we were in for a exceptional time. The service was unparalleled, led by Miggy, Devine, and their team. They upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite, closest to the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I must mention the delicious Taho and exceptional service provided by Jason and his team (forgot to mention the lady that served our table across the main door who was equally exceptional as well ). I received birthday cake greetings twice during breakfast, courtesy of Jason who made sure I blew my cake before we went for Island hopping, and again during dinner. Kuya Eddie was remarkable, making us feel safe during our island adventure and taking my sons snorkeling.And made my sons coconut palm hat. Seda Lio exceeded my expectations, making my 50th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you, and I cant wait to return to paradise.. 5 ⭐️

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

The hotel was in a super nice area of El Nido, and therefore I would highly recommend. But the hotel itself was too expensive for what you get, the room smelled like urine and when we told the staff they’d put in a air refresher that gave of a really strong sweet smell for a couple of hours and after that the urine smell was back again so they tried to cover it instead of fixing the problem. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. You should not eat or drink at the hotel as it is crazy expensive and you can get very nice food/coffee at a 2 minute walk.

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs. The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour. Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though. The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

Marianne Suite is a great choice for travelers on a budget. The room was clean, simple, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It may not be fancy, but it’s well-maintained and worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby establishments and transportation. Overall, it’s a practical and affordable place to stay. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort without spending too much.
