The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and helpful. I initially thought I would receive a low to mid-tier service given the price, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel services I've ever experienced. I strongly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I find myself in that part of the country.

I got off the train took the elevator up stepped outside the terminal and saw already the bright entrance of intercity Hotel Berlin AirPort. What else could you wish for with two huge and heavy pieces of luggage, it can’t be better than that. Very convenient to stay if you have an early flight or want a super relaxed start the next day. Room was clean and tidy, seems still very new. Nothing to complain about 😎👍🏼

This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors. The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊 No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

โดยรวมประทับใจดีและสามารถแนะนําต่อไปได้ อาหารเช้าดีมาก การบริการดีและมีการแนะนําการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ ขนาดทีวียังอยู่ในสภาพเก่าและที่นี่โรงแรมควรปรับปรุงขนาด ห้องโรงแรมหน้าต่างดังไปทางมอเตอร์เวย์และแม้จะมีการสะสมการป้องกันเสียงและการเขียวขจี - 1 ต้องพักปิดตอนกลางคืน แต่คงจองกลับในราคานี้ทันที

ยอดเยี่ยม! เข้าพักครั้งล่าสุดของฉันมา 5 ปีแล้ว แต่คุณไม่เห็นโรงแรมเลย โดยเฉพาะพนักงานที่เป็นมิตร ใส่ใจ แต่ไร้ความสามารถคือต้องพูดถึง คุณตระหนักว่าทุกคนที่นี่อยู่ในใจว่าคุณรู้สึกดี ผ่อนคลาย และเต็มใจที่จะกลับมา หลังจากเข้าพักในปัจจุบัน ฉันสงสัยว่าทําไมฉันถึงใช้เวลานานมากจนกลับมาที่นั่น แม้ว่าฉันจะสนุกกับวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ในโรงแรมที่มีสปาในฤดูหนาว มีบางอย่างที่ต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง ซาวน่าบางห้องเล็กไปหน่อย ขึ้นอยู่กับจํานวนผู้มาเยือน และอาจมีฝักบัวเพิ่ม แต่ที่สําคัญคือทุกอย่างใช้งานได้และไม่มีการบํารุงรักษาหน้าอก ฉันอยากกลับมาเร็วๆนี้

Betrifft die dazugehörige Gaststätte: Wir sind Freitag abends angereist und hatten Hunger, auf der Karte stand Gaststätte bis 20:30 Uhr geöffnet. Leider wurden wir da weggeschickt. Heute zum Samstag. Waren wir 19:15 Uhr am hotel, wollten abend essen, da wurden wir vom koch wieder weggeschickt, mit der aussage; er hatte volles haus, und wir können noch Bolognese essen, das hätte er noch übrig. So einen Service geht gar nicht. Wer keine lust zum arbeiten hat, soll es einfach lassen. Sind dann zur Kleingartensparte ” einheit” Da wurden wir mit offenen Armen empfangen und sehr herzlich. Können wir weiterempfehlen

Super schönes und süßes Zimmer. Man hat in der Nacht 2-3 mal einen Zug hupen hören, aber nicht wirklich dramatisch. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen leider fast leer und die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, den konnte man sich aber bei der Rezeption machen lassen, da die dort eine Maschine haben. Die Dame hinterm Tresen beim Einchecken konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Wir können Englisch aber viele bestimmt nicht. Wenn ich mir ein Hotel in DE buche, hätte ich gerne eine deutschsprachige Person als Ansprechpartner für alle Fälle. Aber 100€ für 2 Personen mit Frühstück und Parkplatz (10€) sehr gut. Gerne wieder

เราใช้เวลา 2 วันกับหลานๆ โรงแรมนี้เหมาะมากสําหรับเด็ก สนามเด็กเล่น ห้องกระท่อม และสระว่ายน้ําดีมาก สนามเด็กเล่นกลางแจ้งอาจน่าดึงดูดยิ่งขึ้น พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก เราขอขอบคุณสําหรับความเอื้ออาทรของโรงแรมที่คุณยังสามารถใช้พื้นที่ทั้งหมดของโรงแรมในวันที่ออกเดินทางและต้องทําความสะอาดเฉพาะห้องพักเท่านั้น เราไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์ในโรงแรมเยอรมัน เราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

พนักงานเป็นกันเองและเข้าใจมากและอนุญาตให้เช็คเอาท์ล่วงเวลาฟรี ห้องพักมีระบบทําความร้อน/ทําความเย็นที่ดี แต่ไม่มีกาต้มน้ํา โดยรวมพอใจมาก
