While travelling back to the UK, I had to stay one night in Van, Turkey to catch an early flight the next morning. I was very lucky to find this wonderful hotel in Van city. The hotel was very clean, warm, and comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. A special thank you to Sarhaad, the receptionist/manager. He was an extremely kind and welcoming gentleman. His English was excellent, and he was always happy to help with anything I needed. It made my stay much easier and more pleasant. The price was also very fair, and the hotel itself was spotless. One thing that really stood out to me was the elevator – it had a beautiful design with cultural decoration, which made the place feel unique and memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay there and was able to rest and recharge for my journey the next day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Van .

Even though the hotel was a three-star hotel, its breakfast was four-star and very delicious. There was free tea and coffee in the lobby of the hotel, and the receptionists were very kind.

We had a pleasant stay at Vantalya Otel, thanks to the warm hospitality of Sarhat, the receptionists who checked us in and supported us throughout our visit. You get access to Vanmal and local restaurants, as well as a decent breakfast with various options. There were minor issues like temporary disabled elevator, occasional fluctuation in wifi connection and destruction in a nearside building, but overall I would recommend this hotel. If you're lucky enough, Sahrhat will take care of your needs and you'll leave the place happier than before :))

Staffs were really helpful and perfect and the location of hotel was good near the Vanmall. But the other things such as cleanliness of room was not perfect and you hear many noise in the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Vantalia Hotel. The breakfast was very good and I really enjoyed it. The room service was also reliable and quick. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the receptionists. One of them, Amir, helped us with several things during our stay and made everything easier for us. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Van.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, and I especially want to mention Orokhan—he was very helpful and made things easy for me. His English is excellent, which made communication smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily come back.

The stay at Vantalya Otel in Van was great. I had the warmest welcome which immediately made me feel at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well. The room is spacious and clean with a hot shower and well working airconditioner. Also breakfast is good and there’s a great variety to choose from. And the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the center, making it a good spot to explore Van.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Very clean and quite with good breakfast at the half price of most of hotels I have paid for. Two thumbs up.
