تجربتي في فندق بودل الروضة في بريدة تجربة رائعة ،،الأثاث أنيق والنظافة فائقة ،والخدمات متوفرة وسريعة وتعامل الطاقم في قمة الاحترام واللطف،على جميع المستويات،،ولايفوتني أن أشكر السوبر فايزر المدير الاستاذ(عبد العزيز) الذي تعانل معنا بكل احترافية وكرم ،ولنا عودة بإذن الله My experience at the Boudl Al Rawda Hotel in Buraidah was wonderful. The furniture is elegant, the cleanliness is impeccable, the services are readily available and prompt, and the staff are extremely respectful and kind at all levels. I must also thank the supervisor and manager, Mr. Abdul Aziz, who dealt with us with utmost professionalism and generosity. We will definitely return, God willing.

Arrived to be shown a room with a refrigerator that had leaked all over the floor. We were delighted to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and excrement. The air conditioning was hard to control and fell like we woke up in a freezer. Worse still there was only lukewarm water in the shower… The breakfast was at best very poor. Helpful and delightful staff but cleanliness of bathroom was exceptionally disappointing.

เรามาถึงค่อนข้างดึกแต่การบริการของรีเซฟชั่นใและพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าให้การช่วยเหลือและห้การตอนรับเราเป็นอย่างดี เช็คอินใช้เวลาไม่มาก ห้องพักสะอาด เงียบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีฉันแนะนําเขา พนักงานยอดเยี่ยมและตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็วพนักงานต้อนรับดีมากและร่วมมือกัน

ماشاء الله خذت يومين فيها هادئة ونظيفة كل شي تمام وسرعة الخدمة من الموظفين اشكرهم الملاحظة فقط الشارع تنزعج شوي
