We were amazed by the level of customer service, amenities provided and the cleanliness. We were so happy there, didn’t need to think of anything - everything needed was provided. And thermal pools are just perfect located just couple of minutes away from the chalet we were staying at. Highly recommend!

ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และกว้างขวาง มีระเบียงให้นั่งเล่น แต่ตั้งอยู่ริมถนน ไม่มีห้องครัวหรือห้องครัวขนาดเล็กส่วนตัวให้ แต่มีห้องครัวส่วนกลางขนาดใหญ่ที่ชั้น 2 เช่นเดียวกับโรงแรมหรือโมเทลส่วนใหญ่ ไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับตั้งแต่ 20.40 น. ถึง 10.00 น. ของวันถัดไป การมีที่จอดรถในร่มฟรีก็ดี

Feine Unterkunft in einem Privathaus. Der Zugangscode für die Haustüre und die Zimmertüre musste telefonisch erfragt werden. Da ich noch keine neuseeländische SIM Karte aktiviert hatte fuhr ich in eine Kaffeehaus dass am Sonntag offen hatte und ersuchte den Angestellten mit seinem Telefon unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer anzurufen.

服務熱情，耐心解答我的問題。第二天過了退房時間，來提醒我們了，但態度友好，又給了我們十幾分鍾。 我訂的房間樓下有一個上下鋪和一個單人床，樓上一個大床，有充足的床鋪，把大部分空間分給了床，但其它空間就有點侷促，沒有足夠的桌面放物品。足夠乾淨，樓上有點熱。 離螢火蟲洞景點衹有幾百米。酒店旁邊有一個bar，可以吃飯，18:00開始營業，一直到深夜。附圖是從這家餐廳向坡下望去的景色。 總體方便舒適，風景優美，還是不錯的。

酒店位置挺好找的，我們是駕車，所以導航過來，就在路邊，很好找，下面停車位也很多。因為個人疏忽，定錯了日子，本來是不可取消的，入住時發現錯了，但是申請後，也免費取消了訂單。異國他鄉的特別感動，前台小哥還在入住時，送了一瓶牛奶，很好喝。衞生非常乾淨，開門的一瞬間很滿意，讓我最滿意的是熱水和水量特別大，衞生間裏有SPA浴缸，沒有去試用不做點評，有個小細節一定要誇，晾毛巾的架子居然是加熱的，小物件和毛巾掛一晚上就幹了。外出到集中餐廳的地方吃飯有點遠，需要步行一公里左右。整體居住很安靜也很滿意！

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นรีสอร์ทประวัติศาสตร์ที่มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงามและเป็นธรรมชาติ มีน้ำพุร้อน สถาปัตยกรรมแบบวิกตอเรียน และวิลล่าและอาคารที่จัดวางอย่างดีและสวยงาม นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านความบันเทิงและสันทนาการสำหรับเด็กๆ อีกด้วย ไม่มีห้องเตียงคู่เมื่อเราเช็คอิน ดังนั้นแผนกต้อนรับจึงอัพเกรดห้องให้เราเป็นวิลล่าสำหรับครอบครัวและเพิ่มเครื่องทำความร้อนไฟฟ้ามาให้ การบริการเอาใจใส่และพิถีพิถันมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและอบอุ่น ชุดเครื่องนอนสบาย และเป็นการพักที่ดีมาก ผมแนะนำให้ทุกคนไปพักนะครับ

Staff is super friendly. I fell ill and couldnt left Auckland and because of the app policy, I couldnt get the refund but they still let my friends stay there instead of myself. And they were very pleased with stay. It was clean, had all the amenities needed for comfortable stay etc. 

Breakfasts were excellent & staff genuinely friendly & very helpful. The apartment was perfect in every way. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Easy check-in, staff are easily contactable. If you are arriving after front desk hours, just give them a call. Easily instructions will be given. Room is spacious. TV has the lodge's netflix account, so you may want to check in early :)) Only concern is door lock is one-way, recommend owner to consider better locks since right outside of the room door is the car park.

comfy bed, in room kitchen, individual deck outside with furniture, parking space, extra nice hosts. very clean! lovely decor and close to food street. nice views. recommend 100%
