Excellent hotel and service. The view from the hotel of the sea and the beach is fantastic. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the hotel room. However, the room and the facilities are quite dated and showing it's age.

ชอบที่พักขนาดห้อง เสื้อผ้าและผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาด ฝักบัวใหญ่ แรงดันน้ําร้อนและเย็นดี มีดนตรีในทีวี สระว่ายน้ําใหญ่ อาหารเช้าดีพอ อาหารเย็นก็ไม่มีสารสกัด แต่มีให้กิน มีผลไม้ (อนันซ่า เป็ด หญ้าฝรั่น และส้ม) อาหารเช้าคือ 7.5 อาหารเย็นกับไวน์ขวดเล็กราคา 25 ยูโร พนักงานเรื่องทางเดินหายใจเอาใจใส่ดีมาก ได้รับอนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนวันอาหารเช้าและช่วยจัดตารางรถไฟ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและมีระเบียง

ยินดีต้อนรับ ”เป็นกลาง” เล็กน้อย โรงแรมสามดาวที่ดี ห้อง 422 ยังคงทำใหม่ทั้งหมด โรงแรมนี้ไม่ได้ทำให้ฉันผิดหวังอย่างที่หลาย ๆ คนรายงาน ห้องพักเงียบสงบ Wi-Fi ดีและห้องน้ำที่ใช้ประโยชน์ได้ อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อย แต่เสิร์ฟบนโต๊ะเนื่องจาก coronavirus สระว่ายน้ำสวยอุณหภูมิกำลังดี (สบายมากในอากาศร้อน) นอกจากการต้อนรับที่ค่อนข้างเย็นชาแล้ว ก็ไม่มีอะไรให้บ่นอีก

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมกับโรงแรมที่ดีมาก พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือประตูไฟที่ทางเข้าทางเดินชั้นล่างซึ่งดังในตอนกลางคืน มิฉะนั้นโรงแรมนี้สมบูรณ์แบบ อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยมด้วยทางเลือกที่ดี

Location of the resort is spot on. Good to stay who likes all SUPs, surfing etc. Resort is okay with amenities. You will not find any toiletries other than shampoo, body wash in bathroom so bring your own. I booked 4 bed apartment. one double bed and one sofa cum bed. Double bed was really good but at the same time sofa cum bed was not so comfortable. Room was very cold when we and it took whole night to get warm with heater. Swimming pool is ofcourse not in use due to winter time. so all in all the stay was okay, we can get better service, amenities, facility with the same room rates in other hotels.

While the atmosphere is quiet and unaffected by nearby nightlife, you are perfectly positioned to explore the stunning coastal cliffs and Ponta da Piedade. The clean dormitories feature comfortable beds equipped with individual lamps and power sockets, and although lockers carry a €1 daily fee, fresh towels and bedsheets are provided for free. Guests have access to a well-stocked kitchen—complete with modern hotplates and a variety of cookware—which opens onto a small inner courtyard perfect for dining or socializing. Overall, the service and functional amenities make it a top-value choice for a budget-friendly stay in the Algarve.

The hotel was located really conveniently near Old Town, the bus station, and the beaches. We booked a room with 2 beds as listed by Trip but were given a room with only 1 bed and the front desk said it was actually based on availability, but there was no mention of this on Trip. If you have specific requests regarding number of beds make sure to write it in your special requests. Thankfully they were able to accommodate our request in the end. The pool is nice but I wouldn't recommend ordering food by the pool, overpriced for what you receive - the drinks were fine though. Otherwise the stay was good and no issues!

Review of Bordoy Grand House Algarve Our stay at the Bordoy Grand House Algarve was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely personal — every staff member made us feel completely at home, without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning. It’s beautifully restored with vintage charm and elegant touches throughout. We loved the rooftop pool and bar area — the perfect place to unwind with views over the Guadiana River. The location is ideal too, just a short stroll from the marina and town square. One of the highlights was the food. Breakfast was a delight — fresh, high-quality, and served in a peaceful setting. We also had dinner at the Grand Salon Restaurant and it was incredible — a fine dining experience with local flair and beautifully presented dishes. The little touches made all the difference — from the turn-down service to the thoughtfully curated interiors. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return.

Very nice hotel on the top of the mountain and just 5 min driving to the beach. The rooms are clean, simple and comfortable and the breakfast wide and delicious 😋 !! The only downside is that there is no free water (which I thought it was mandatory nowadays everywhere) also no kettle to make tea/coffee during the day as that is also not available at the hotel.
