Красивый отель, внизу винный погреб, находится рядом с жд вокзалом, пешком 12 минут - это удобно! До центра города нужно ехать 20 минут на такси. Из минусов: холодно было, нет отопления в номере, ночью замерзли ! ! ! ( на улице было 10, соответственно в номере тоже холодно), окна на дорогу, слышимость ужасная! Слышно все, что на улице и в коридоре! Запах сигарет в номере! Похоже в номере курили, мы проветривали, но не выветрилось! Просили поменять номер, но нам отказали, сказали, что нет свободных номеров! Неприятно! Продлили номер на 6 часов за половину стоимости! Плюсы: в номере есть все, что заявлено и халат, почему-то один, хотя на двоих бронировала. Был сломан душ, оба душа (верхний дождь тоже) видимо засорились отверстия, и вода пошла сбоку, и так на обоих душах, очень неудобно мыться. Всего две подушки, хотелось бы 4. Плюсы: Нормальные завтраки, кофе из кофемашины. Красивый, в номера чисто и уютно. Есть гладильная доска с утюгом в коридоре. Удобные кровати.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

A good place to stay is all you needed especially if coming from Tashkent (bus ride took 5.5hrs to Samarkand) - and this hotel made it up for the long day.  The area is a bit of a walk to the attractions - but with this summer I don’t mind spending a few Uzbek SOMs for Yandex (w/c is cheap by the way). Hotel was new, spacious and clean. There’s AC to beat the heat in the city. And there’s even breakfast included at that price point and they don’t ask you to pay extra if you already consumed 2 bottled water a day. Special shoutout to their new staff, Ulugbek! He showed me what Uzbek hospitality means. Very helpful guy. And to their boss for returning the extra money I paid and for not forcing me to change room when there was a mixed up w/ the room assignments - I’m supposed to get the standard but, I was given the next tier by mistake. The service and location were great. In terms of the hotel room itself, it was okay, but not great. The bathroom was very hot, and it seemed the AC didn't reach there. To make a queen bed, they pushed two twins together, and there is a strange and hard divet in the middle of the bed that hurt my back when I woke up. I appreciated the baths and sauna, but they could've been cleaner. What I took issue with was the random people loitering in the hotel courtyard. I had a random man come up to me who wasn't staying in the hotel who asked me if I was a **********. I appreciated that the hotel took quick action when they heard about this, but I think there should be better security in the courtyard.

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

Very happy to stay here, if I go Samarkand again, I will stay this hotel again for sure. Good service, room clean, good location, very comfortable. You can walk to Registan as well.

Отель новый, свежий. Два туалета и душ. Большая спальня и во второй комнате раскладывается диван. Все чисто. Комплимент при заселении фрукты, халва, орешки. Стандарт чай/вода. Отель очень красивый, приветливый персонал. Хороший обзор и удобное расположение. К сожалению не успела сфотографировать номер. Жили в номере люкс 3 человека

What a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious with a luxury feel. We got a free upgrade which made our stay even better. The staff at the front desk are super helpful, helping us find appropriate shops to sort out our needs. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection and a very peaceful environment. Dinner is also very delicious. It is a bit out of the town, but booking through YandexGo is quite easy. Never wait for more than 6 minutes. Close to eternal city, which is quite a love place to visit. All in all. A very pleasant stay...
