โรงแรมอินดิโก้ที่คารุอิซาวะบริการดีมาก พนักงานก็อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง เตาผิงในล็อบบี้น่าประทับใจสุดๆ ฉันจองห้องพักพร้อมอาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็น อาหารเย็นเป็นแบบตะวันตก 4 คอร์ส ต้องจองเวลาทานอาหารล่วงหน้า และตอนเสิร์ฟจานหลัก จานก็อุ่นด้วย จุดนี้ขอชื่นชมเลย ถ้าจะให้ติก็คงเป็นเรื่องที่โรงแรมค่อนข้างเล็ก มีแค่ห้องพัก ล็อบบี้ ร้านอาหาร ออนเซ็นรวม และฟิตเนส นอกนั้นไม่มีอะไรเลย ถ้ามากับเด็กอาจจะไม่เหมาะ เพราะไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับเด็ก ไม่มีสวนหรือวิวให้เดินเล่นด้วย ถ้าไม่ทานอาหารที่โรงแรม ก็มีร้านสะดวกซื้อกับร้านปิ้งย่างอยู่ใกล้ๆ สามารถฝากท้องได้

โรงแรมใหญ่มาก กว่าจะถึงห้องพักก็ต้องเดินผ่านห้องอื่นเป็นสิบๆ ห้อง เดินเป็นสิบนาทีเลยค่ะ แต่โรงแรมวิวสวยมาก แถมยังเชื่อมกับเอาท์เล็ทด้วย สะดวกสุดๆ อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลาย มีทั้งข้าวหน้าเนื้อและแซลมอน อร่อยทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ ด้านหน้าโรงแรมมี FamilyMart ด้วย หาซื้อของจำเป็นได้สบายมาก โรงแรมยังมีรถรับส่งไปสถานีรถไฟคารุอิซาวะและเอาท์เล็ทด้วยนะคะ

พนักงานต้อนรับหญิงสุภาพมากค่ะ ถามเรื่องรถบัสไปสถานีก็ตอบอย่างอดทนเลย นอกจากนี้ยังมีคนคอยแนะนำตำแหน่งร้านอาหารและบ่อน้ำพุร้อนให้ด้วย บ่อน้ำพุร้อน♨️อยู่บนเขาและมีกระเช้า🚡ด้วย ประทับใจกับการเข้าพักมากค่ะ

ช่างเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก! โรงแรมเสนอบริการที่เป็นแบบอย่างก่อนที่เราจะมาถึงด้วยซ้ำ เนื่องจากการเตรียมการเดินทางพิเศษ เรามาถึงช้า และพนักงานก็รีบจัดอาหารเย็นเบนโตะในห้องพักให้เราก่อนที่เราจะมาถึง เมื่อเราไปถึงที่นั่น เราก็ประทับใจกับความงดงามของโรงแรมทันที แม้จะอายุมาก แต่ทุกอย่างก็สะอาดและสวยงามมาก ฉันเห็นว่ามีการเอาใจใส่ดูแลโรงแรมและสถานที่ต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งสวยงามเป็นพิเศษ เราอดใจไม่ไหวที่จะถ่ายรูปแม้หลังจากเช็คเอาท์แล้ว และเราใช้เวลาหนึ่งชั่วโมงกว่าจะจากไปอย่างไม่เต็มใจ คำพูดไม่สามารถอธิบายสถานที่ได้อย่างยุติธรรม คุณต้องไปที่นั่นด้วยตัวเอง เราประทับใจมากกับความอร่อยของอาหาร และความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ทั้งการจัดวางอาหาร การจับคู่สีอาหาร ฉันยังน้ำลายสออยู่เลยเมื่อจำได้ว่ามันอร่อยขนาดไหน วันหนึ่งฉันได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากซี่โครง 10 ครั้ง นอกจากนี้ ฉันยังมีข้อจำกัดเรื่องอาหาร และพนักงานก็ระมัดระวังอย่างมากถึงขนาดเตือนฉันว่าอาหารจานไหนที่ไม่ควรกินทุกวันในบุฟเฟ่ต์มื้อเช้าและมื้อเย็น นอกจากอาหารและบริการที่เป็นเลิศแล้ว โรงแรมยังพยายามทำทุกวิถีทางที่จะเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างมาก ทุกๆ วันที่เราไม่ต้องการจัดระเบียบห้อง เราได้รับคะแนนซึ่งสามารถนำไปแลกเป็นไอศกรีมหรือสินค้าอื่นๆ ได้ ในที่สุด พนักงานก็พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ นี่เป็นสิ่งที่หาได้ยากจริงๆ และทำให้ทุกอย่างง่ายขึ้นและสนุกสนานยิ่งขึ้นมาก ขอบคุณสำหรับประสบการณ์!

โรงแรมของ Dormy Inn อยู่ห่างจากสถานี Matsumoto ประมาณ 600 เมตร ข้อดีคือสะอาดสะอ้าน ต้องถอดรองเท้าตั้งแต่เข้าประตูไปเลย มีบริการครบครัน ทั้งออนเซ็นชมวิวบนดาดฟ้า อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย และราเม็งตอนกลางคืน ข้อเสียคือทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างแปลกตา รอบข้างเงียบเหงา เดินไปแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ก็เมื่อยขา ถ้านั่งรถเมล์ก็ใกล้เกินไป นอกจากนี้ ห้องพักแบบธรรมดามีขนาดเล็ก ควรพิจารณาให้ดีก่อนเลือก

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า แต่กว้างขวางเพราะอยู่โซนนอกเมือง nagano มาอีก ใกล้ทางด่วน ที่จอดรถเยอะและฟรี เหมาะสำหรับคนเช่ารถขับ บริเวณโรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบมีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต lawson และ matsumoto kiyoshi เล็กๆ อยู่ใกล้ ไม่แนะนำให้เข้าพักวันเสาร์เพราะคนเยอะมาก รอคิวเช็คอินประมาณ 30 นาที และอาหารเช้าได้เข้าไปกินเลทจากที่จองไว้ 30 นาทีเช่นกัน

เราเลือกที่นี่เพราะมีพื้นที่สำหรับเด็กขนาดใหญ่ ที่จริงแล้วลูกของเราเล่นในสวนเด็กจนถึงนาทีสุดท้าย และเราก็สามารถปล่อยให้เขาเล่นภายในที่พักได้มากเช่นกัน น้ำพุร้อนสะอาดมาก อ่างอาบน้ำกลางแจ้งที่มองเห็นลำธารบนภูเขานั้นผ่อนคลายมาก ห้องพักก็สะอาดและสะดวกสบายเช่นกัน

Wow! An amazing little Ryoukan in a lovely town with fantastic owners. This ryoukan is a traditional old fashioned style with a lovely private onsen in pictures The room was large and your right on top of one of the 9 onsens. As a ryoukan in the town you will have access to the 9 healing onsens which you can use at your leisure and complete the denyouko towel for blessings The onsen is run by a lovely lady who is really friendly. Typical Amenities included plus free yukata and geta to borrow whilst your walking between hot springs plus free cold milk which is just heavenly after a hot soak. Honestly the cold milk really made my day!! 🥰 Air conditioning was very effective considering the size of the room and the breakfast was too much to finish and offered a taste of everything Lastly you are on top of the onsens as soon as you step out and monkey park is a 25 minute walk north but talk with the Owner, she has a link to the Monkey security cameras so can tell you ahead of time if theres any up there to see currently (i went during Estrus season so no monkeys for me) When it came to checkout the lady gave me a small bento of Onigiri and Pastries and even drove me down to the local station 10/10 would stay again

Our staying here was a pure pleasure! And I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is fantastic, sarrounded by montains and river. The free shuttle from Chino Station makes getting here quite easy. Enjoying the onsen was a delightful experience, offering pleasure for all your senses: the hot spring water, the sounds of nature, the beautiful scenery. The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city. I can't wait to return during other season! Thank you!

This place is ~5mins walk from Zenkoji temple. neighborhood is peaceful at night. Shoes to be removed outside the accommodation. Rooms are on the 2nd floor so you'll have to carry your luggage up (there's no lift). Room (with window) is huge. You'll have to head downstairs to use the shared toilet and shared onsen (no toilet inside the room). We were only allowed 30mins of onsen time for 2 pax - couples weren't allowed to use the onsen concurrently so we had to go one after another (i'm not sure if the instructions got lost in translation..). Felt very rushed so i didnt really get to enjoy the onsen experience, but overall was nice and clean. Interesting 6.30am tour around the area and within the temple itself, followed by a simple vegetarian breakfast (porridge with omakase-styled sides with miso soup) back at the accommodation. The morning tour lasted from 6.30am - 8.30am. The accommodation provided a fleece blanket to each pax to bring to Zenkoji temple to keep us warm during the morning praying ceremony. We went on 30 Dec and it was SO COLD. Overall interesting experience but accommodation price is pretty steep IMO.
