The first time for me. The room is so clean and nice. Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed. Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport. Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed. Thank you so much. I had a wonderful stay at Palette Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming, polite, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and the attention to detail in both cleanliness and comfort. The location is also very convenient, close to key spots in the area, yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The service was consistently excellent — from quick responses to requests to the warm smiles that made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, Palette Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

พนักงานทุกคนให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นกันเองและร่าเริงมาก บริเวณล็อบบี้มีพนักงานที่ดีและมีที่นั่งมากมายในขณะที่คุณรอแท็กซี่หรือรถสามล้อ ยิมมีขนาดเล็กสระว่ายน้ําเล็กและพื้นที่ร้านอาหารและบาร์มีขนาดที่ดีให้บริการอาหารอร่อย น่าเสียดายที่อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังถ้าคุณมาทานอาหารช้ากว่า 0930 ..คุณสามารถทานอาหารเช้าตามสั่ง ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเพิ่มเติมที่ดี เตารีด โต๊ะรีด ตู้นิรภัย รองเท้าแตะและชุดผ้าคลุม ชากาแฟและน้ํา พื้นที่ครัวพร้อมตู้เย็นและจานร้อน ห้องน้ํามีขนาดกําลังดีพร้อมอุปกรณ์อาบน้ําเสริม ฝักบัวมีน้ําร้อนที่ดี ฉันจะพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง..

พักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สี่เมื่อพนักงานรู้จักคุณรู้สึกดี เลือกทําเลที่ตั้งและเตียงที่สะดวกสบายและความสะอาด ฝักบัวไม่ร้อนเหมือนปกติและ wifi ยังแย่อยู่ แต่จะอยู่ที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

I stayed at Rosa Hotel Clark for one night and appreciated its excellent location-just a minute's walk to a 7/11, a massage spa, and a Thai restaurant. It made getting essentials, relaxing, and dining incredibly easy. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and that shows in some of the furnishings and overall ambiance. However, it was clean and quiet, which made for a decent short stay. If you're not looking for luxury but value proximity and practicality, this place does the job. Ideal for solo travelers or quick business trips where location matters more than modern amenities.

This hotel is what I looked for. Simple but elegant, clean and spacious Room. WiFi is really stable and fast compared to other hotels I stayed before. Only lacking is no Netflix. You need your own account. But we watched YouTube. Really internet speed is very stable with own router every each room. We have no problem with WiFi. We had a problem with shower heater.but when we call to the reception, they immediately came and solved the problem. They responded very quickly.

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

Love the ambience of the hotel. The facility is very spacious that is why I really appreciated the spaces allotted for rooms and circulation. The proximity to a mall and resort is very well designed. Loved our stay here and I hope to be back again!!

Reception staff professional polite and friendly. While waiting for my room to be ready ( I was early) a large group of locals arrived and very demanding, in particular one lady who felt she was entitled and blaming receptionist for booking hic up, nt caring others where waiting. Receptionist handled the situation extremely professionally. Once they left she advised me that my room was ready and I thanked her and congratulating her for dealing with the situation calmly and professionally which she appreciated. Pool is small, with no shade, only a few tables, the bar area being small. A couple of tables near by and area to eat inadequate once again lacking tables. Breakfast was adequate yet basic. This group, previously mentioned, just took over with no consideration for others, in recreational areas Beach was closed to stingers. Location was good however I don't think I stay here again due to limited amenities.
