Okay stay for the price. Three things that stood out that they need to work on. First, there was no curtesy traveller's shampoo or conditioner provided. Second, no bath towels. They had only the small towels slightly bigger than hand towels. Lastly, their fitness center only contained limited cardio machines and no weights. Either then the three points above the stay was average.
When we were checking in, the front desk agent asked if we wanted to switch to a king room (for $10 more), I am glad we did as it was a very nice room, spacious (bathroom is small but that is fine). We were on the 12th floor with a nice view. We utilized the restaurant and service was a little slow but friendly. Overall comfortable stay and will book here again.
I come from the north so finding this hotel was extremely easy and once we were at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting and fast and and efficient check- in process. The room itself was clean and offered all the basic amenities.

ผผู้เข้าพักwell me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ?
you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will .
i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .

On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe booked this hotel for our trip to Moose Jaw for a swim meet and we were delighted by the experience. But for one issue with a noisy neighbour (teen basketball team) the first night we arrived, everything was perfect. And once we called the hotel staff about 10:45pm at night, the noise stopped so they took care of it the best they could. Everything is brand new. Our room had two kings and a pullout couch, was very spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with every interaction. The manager was actually onsite the entire weekend and when not working the front desk she was working in the breakfast area...we were very impressed with her commitment to making our stay great. She interacted with many of the swim families while we were there. We'll definitely be going back for the two swim meets per year that we attend in Moose Jaw. Buckets everywhere due to water drippings.
Sound proofing can be improved: My room was beside an exit door, so it can get abit noisy, i can hear the conversations of the people in the hallway though they speak in normal volume, and the banging of doors from closing.
