We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and, while there were aspects we truly enjoyed, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by significant issues with the reservation and front desk process. Upon our arrival at 15:30 (check-in time is from 15:00), we were surprised to find that our online reservation couldn’t be found in their system—despite us having proof of the booking. We had to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour while the issue was being resolved. What is shown as available online appears to differ significantly from what is actually available on-site, which created ongoing problems throughout our stay. We had initially booked a room with a swimming pool view and private balcony. However, this room type was not available upon check-in. We were first offered a lower-category room with a mountain view, which we declined as we already paid online for higher-category, and were then moved to a room with a harbour view and private balcony. Although staff assured us that our originally booked room would be available the following day, we remained cautious and asked for confirmation, as we preferred to avoid the hassle of moving again unless necessary. Unfortunately, the following day we were asked to check out at 11:00 am because the room we were in had supposedly been booked by another guest, and we were told that a room matching our original booking (with pool view) was ready for us. However, when we returned the same day at 15:00 for check-in, we were assigned the same room we had vacated earlier—clearly indicating no other room had actually become available. On the third day, we faced a similar confusion with the rooms. Each day involved unnecessary packing and discussions with the front desk, which took up a lot of our time and energy. That said, the hotel does have its strengths. We really appreciated its convenient location, the beautifully designed restaurant interior, and especially the food—breakfast, in particular, was excellent. Overall, while the amenities and dining were enjoyable, the front desk and reservation experience significantly impacted our stay. We hope the hotel takes steps to improve its booking coordination and internal communication, as it has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Just what we needed on somewhat of a budget. Service throughout the hotel was excellent from desk to cleaning team. Pool large enough for a swim and there us a toddler pool separate. Breakfast was included and was ok. The overnight oats / yoghurt is fabulous. Cooked eggs available daily too. We ate a couple of nights in the hotel and that food was delicious and good value. Tour company have an office right by too, very handy for car hire, taxi and trips (again great service there too) We loved our room, very big, huge comfortable bed and well serviced. The air con worked! Vital! Couple of snags dealt with quickly too (Thanks) Good luck with the safe! We gave up in the end. Overall, well positioned hotel in Apia (no beach) and would strongly recommend.

My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night. The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench. Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

Симпатичная гостиница в центре города. Номера с персональными удобствами, в которых есть чайник, холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер и вентилятор. Кровати выше всяких похвал. Единственное неудобство - отсутствие постоянного интернета. Доступ к вайфаю надо покупать отдельно, и оплаченные единицы поразительно быстро заканчиваются. Поэтому планирующим оставаться здесь подольше лучше обзавестись собственной сим-картой.

Great amenities, friendly staff, although our stay was short, we had everything we needed and were very accommodating🙏💯 would absolutely recommend👌🏻 thank you Moatoga🙏

The staff was so friendly and humble. Even though there were small concerns, with their polite manner, they immediately fixed them making our stay pleasant and cozy.

It’s a average place,restaurants was okay,looks like it’s still trying to find its place,except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now,hard to get food apart from the restaurant there,that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better

El hotel me encantó, tienen cuidado y limpio hasta el último detalle, además de una estupenda piscina. El hall del hotel es precioso y lo tienen decorado como en los años 20 del siglo pasado, es un lugar agradable para pasar el tiempo leyendo o consultando el teléfono. La ubicación es perfecta si dispones de coche de alquiler; en caso de no disponer de coche, dependes de caminar unos 20 minutos o pedir un taxi para ir al centro de la ciudad por lo que a este apartado le pongo sólo un 3. Destacar el desayuno que incluyen con la estancia, estupendo y cuidando la presentación. Yo me aloje en una de las cabañas, y me encanto la experiencia, pero hay que tener claro que te tiene que gustar ya que no disfrutarás de las mismas comodidades de una habitación y de que el baño y duchas son compartidos (aunque muy limpios y cómodos). Si no tienes claro esto, o si vas en pareja, quizá elegir una habitación sea mejor opción que alojarte en una cabaña. Añadir que me ayudaron con la reserva de la lanzadera para el aeropuerto y en todo momento el trato con el personal fue muy agradable.

Service was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated. It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀 Positive note, reservation was smooth.

Lava was amazing! From the staff to the quality of the rooms … The location was also a bonus! Would 100000% recommend 🙌🏽
