Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

My weekend stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel is fun, energetic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The tropical indoor pool area and nightlife really give the place a unique vibe, especially at night. The room was comfortable with nice views, and the ****** offered plenty of entertainment options. I also liked how convenient everything was, with restaurants, bars, and activities all inside the resort. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back for another weekend in Atlantic City.

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

It is the nearest to the airport terminals in terms of proximity but it is not possible to get there by walking. You will have to take a shuttle which runs every 15 minutes. Overall the room was cost, clean and serves a good night rest for anyone who has an early morning flight to catch.

ตอนจองก็รู้ว่าโรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักที่มีปัญหาคือน้ำระบายจากท่อระบายน้ำอ่างอาบน้ำช้ามาก แต่น้ำไหลแรงมาก ถ้าสระผมก็แทบจะอุดตัน การจัดการภายในวุ่นวายมาก ทุกวันจะมีพนักงานหลายคนมาเปิดประตูด้วยคีย์การ์ดโดยไม่เคาะประตูบ้าง หรือเคาะประตู หรือเคาะผิดห้องบ้าง ถ้าต้องการพักผ่อนจากการปรับเวลาเดินทาง ต้องแน่ใจว่าได้ล็อกกลอนประตูภายในให้เรียบร้อย

The Robert Treat Hotel is a very nice place for an overnight getaway or any occasion. Although my room had to be changed 3xs due to a few things not working and a blood stained comforter. The staff from the Front Desk to Engineering/Housekeeping to Security were diligent in making sure I was comfortable for the remainder of my stay!! In the hospitality industry, many things do happen however, it's the way in which things are handled! THANK YOU AGAIN STAFF FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND TAKING CARE OF MY ISSUES PROMPTLY! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN I WILL STILL GIVE 5 STARS!

We booked for the night prior to cruise. Hotel was short taxi from airport and offered transfer to cruise port. Great location for airport/cruise port and shopping at outlet mall just opposite. Room was basic but clean, with breakfast included in price. All in all great value for money and would use again.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .
