The hotel does not match the photos shown on the app at all. The room looked very different in reality, which was quite disappointing. The bathtub is extremely small and not comfortable to use. There was also not a single bottle of water provided in the room. When we called to ask about it, we were told to collect water from the reception ourselves, which is inconvenient for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations based on the listing.

Overall, Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and high service standards. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to other travelers.

Hospedagem do dia 17/01/2026 Péssimaa 👎🏽👎🏽 Já fiqueii 2x anteriores nesse hotel, mais parece que tá deixandoo a desejar.. É gente que abre porta do nadaa com Vc dentro, sendo que o normal seria verificar na recepção pelo menos ou bater na porta pra saber se o quarto tá Livree ou com alguém dentro, né ?? Café da manhã que tem uma premiada que vaii retirando as coisas do café sem nem perguntae se vamos se servir de mais alguma coisa e por fimm.. Apagam os disjuntores dos quartos ”com a desculpa de quê algo deu defeito” sem ao menos se preocupar se tem alguém dentro vendo uma TV e tals.. Muitoo difícil assim.. Tem mais é que se ferrar msm e perder cada vez mais clientes igual já me perderam.. Até fechar às portas..

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมืองซึ่งค่อนข้างสะดวก แต่ห้องพักโดยรวมสะอาดและผ้าปูที่นอนก็สกปรกนิดหน่อย อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเป็นแบบบริการตัวเอง มีทางเลือกมากมายในช่วงนิทรรศการ ทัศนคติการบริการที่แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและสามารถจองรถได้

This hotel is in a good location you can walk to the landmark easily. But the check in counter reception took too long to check in and the Breakfast room if you go on 8am you probably need to wait for get the table

Os serviços precisam melhorar... Acionamos a recepção para resolver um problema com as cortinas e demoraram quase 5 horas pra resolver. Café da manhã com poucas pessoas trabalhando, tem que ficar pedindo as coisas, demora atender, inclusive pedimos uma tapioca quer demorou pra vir e quando veio, parecia que tinha vindo de outra mesa (fria, dura, com aparência muito ruim). Entorno da piscina está muito sujo. Hotel bem localizado, limpeza do quarto está ok.

住了兩個晚上，沒有提供免費水有點遺憾。 第一個房間水池漏了給我們升級換了房間。 其他覺得普普通通吧 沒有軟空調特別冷 前台雖然能提供暖風機但是我們拒絕了 秋冬慎住 location雖然在路盡頭，去公共交通不方便，但是周圍咖啡餐廳很多，還有大超市，可以滿足各種需求。大樓自身的壁畫也很醒目，不過住起來性價比一般。

ห้องพักสะอาดถูกสุขอนามัย พนักงานเสิร์ฟมีทัศนคติที่ดีมาก! บริเวณใกล้เคียงถือว่าปลอดภัยเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่น! สเต็กในร้านก็อร่อยนะครับ! คุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนำ!

A localização é boa, a poucos passos da Paulista e do metrô Consolação. O apartamento é pequeno e simples, mas acomodou bem 3 adultos. O Check in e checkout foram rápidos. Tem um café da manhã ok. Só o chuveiro que foi meio complicado, pois não tinha ganchos para pendurar toalhas e roupas.
