It was a last minute booking for me as my flight arrival was delayed and I missed the last bus from Washington DC to my home miles away. I was pleasantly surprised I could get into such a great hotel at a decent price. The room is excellent and spacious with a king size bed, a couch, fridge and all the usual stuff. The highlight was desk with multiple power outlets in the middle of the desk so one can change the laptop, multiple phones etc without having to worry about tripping over cables on the floor. The bed is comfortable and the room is very quiet.  The reception staff was extremely helpful. I requested for a late check out time and they checked room situation and gave me 2 hours which was great. Great experience and I will definitely stay again.

That was crumbs on the floor. Then when we went to bed, we were fine, but when we woke up in the morning time we had bites all over us, went up to complain to the front desk, and the woman looked at me and said that I booked through a third-party, I got mad cussed her out and left

ซีทริปจองห้องเตียงใหญ่สองห้องพร้อมเช็คอินที่แผนกต้อนรับและมีเพียงเตียงคู่เดียวเท่านั้นที่ได้รับคำตอบ ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip ยุ่งอยู่เสมอ ต่อมามีฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าโทรมาคุยกับแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมและยื่นให้ทางโรงแรม หลังจากรหัสยืนยันภายในโรงแรมพบส่วนอื่นของแผนกหรือเตียงคู่ โทรศัพท์บริการลูกค้าเปลี่ยนแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมเป็นเตียงขนาดใหญ่ แผนกต้อนรับปฏิเสธ บอกว่าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ และสุดท้ายต้องรอให้ Ctrip เจรจา ประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมงก่อนและหลัง สุดท้าย ผมไปที่ผู้จัดการประจำโรงแรมเพื่ออธิบายสถานการณ์ก่อนจะเช็คอินได้ ฉันได้รับบัตรห้องพักเวลา 20:50 น. และ 22:00 น. หลังจากเหน็ดเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน มันก็ค่อนข้างน่าเกลียดที่จะเจอสิ่งนี้ ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างใกล้และราคาค่อนข้างถูก ที่จริงแล้วฮิลตันเป็นชื่อใหญ่ แต่โรงแรมประเภทนี้ต้องคิดค่าบริการและอาหารเช้าแพง ฉันยังคิดว่าฮอลิเดย์อินน์และคราวน์พลาซ่าดีกว่าและคุ้มค่า

แท็กซี่ไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในเมืองนั้นราคาถูกมาก หากคุณต้องการสัมผัสรถไฟใต้ดินและเดินไปไม่ไกล ฉันรู้สึกว่าถนนยังปลอดภัยมาก แผนกต้อนรับมีคะแนนเต็ม สะอาดและวิวที่หันไปทางหน้าต่างก็สวยงาม เครื่องปรับอากาศดีมาก!

This hotel was very nice the room was very comfortable the beds were very comfortable. It’s super close to Kings Dominion and a bunch of gas stations. The staff was very sweet and helpful:))

A little difficult to find at first. However, once there, it was easy to park and then check-in, park long-term, and then get to the room. If you're carrying a lot of baggage, you might have some difficulty as the garage access to the rooms is a bit of a walk. The rooms, however, make up in their look, space, and offerings. Be aware that there might be a smoke smell in the hallways as there were several guests who would smoke outside (usually in the parking garage) and then the smell would tract into the hallways and sometimes elevators. Otherwise, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Work the price for sure.

I was stayed at hotel it's close to Dulles airport.It is very clean, and the service is very good, and the breakfast is delicious, but it is inconvenient without an elevator
